I like the fact that Unittrac shows you right when you open the webpage the people that are behind

Unittrac does not keep track of partial payments

Easier to see the final number at the end of each month

Keeps track of rental payments and accounts that are late

**What do you dislike about Unit Trac?**

If a customer pays a partial month it does not realize it, they can only pay full months

**What problems is Unit Trac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps track nicely of who is late and who is locked out of their unit
