What do you like best about Umapped?

I like the layout of the itineraries and the option to see them in a mobile app. I like the option of downloading the itinerary as a PDF document that I can send to my client to view offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Umapped?

Occasionally I have a few issues with the UI. When I import bookings through the Import tool, some formats are not supported. I would like to see this feature improve to save me lots of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Umapped solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Comprehensive Itinerary Builder"

What do you like best about Umapped?

Umapped allows me to build a complete itinerary for my clients, share it with them as a document or in an easy-to-use mobile application. I like the import feature from the GDS. I can import Air or hotel reservations quickly. In addition, I can import email reservation confirmations through the booking Inbox feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Umapped?

Umapped upgraded their UI lately. There are still some kinks and minor UI issues that I would like to see resolved to make the itinerary building process more effient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Umapped:

I recommend watching previous webinars in the support section of Umapped. It is an excellent way to learn about the various features. In addition, if you use the GDS, I recommend linking it to your account for automatic sync with all your reservations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Umapped solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I book hotels and flights, I receive many separate confirmations. In the past, I used to send a client many different emails. Now I can collate everything on one document and send a unified itinerary to the client. My clients appreciate that. What do you like best about Umapped?

Clients love it, and it's certainly one of the better ways to prepare itineraries. Have used some of the competitor apps and enjoy Umapped the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Umapped?

Interface can feel very clunky and outdated at times, rather than nimble and responsive. You don't get the sense that the backend supporting it is high-powered or revolutionary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the travel industry, it's always been difficult to aggregate so many disparate confirmations and documents into one streamlined portfolio. Umapped has certainly solved that immediate problem by allowing travel agents to produce itineraries and portfolios that are one-stop-shop for all client confirmations and collateral.
