I do not know of any upside. I did not like anything about this. I looked at several online waiver systems and the salesperson presented it very well. It looked like it would really work for us. however this failed miserably . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. Had to buy new Ipads for this to work. The Ipad version will only show ONE guest at a time . then the system locks up at the end of the first person signing in. Then the Ipad is returned to our staff. we have to restart it then pass to the next guest. this gets repeated until 12 guests are really angry and rolling their eyes. People do NOT like this. If all the guests popped up it may work. but they don't. There is no way to check if the next trip is populated and filled out until they arrive. This only shows on the Desktop version.
Trying to get support is like pulling out hen's teeth . they keep saying email us the problem, when a simple phone call will work. we are not the experts at these systems .
They finally respond to your email 3 - 5 days later and don't understand why you are upset. they are in a different time zone and expect you to contact them during their normal business hours ( not yours ) .
They make contradictory comments such as the system is fully customizable. But it is NOT. you cannot customize this at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
