**What do you like best about Travel Agent?**

I enjoyed build a client relationship it was helped to chain come back to us again and again.

Handling last- minute modification or cancellation will be stressful, But i have learned to stay calm and adapt quickly and find the best alternative options beyond the Fare rules and conditions.

sometime if attend the tentation clients need to understand and close the sales in their business communication.

Few Travel agents are very helpful as they support out of the way in odd hours

**What do you dislike about Travel Agent?**

Too much time is spent in coordinating with agent for any fare, information etc

**Recommendations to others considering Travel Agent:**

For Internation tickets, I would recommend Travel agent

**What problems is Travel Agent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In cases for waiver fee as a special genuine case ...For Visa , agent is very helpful as they really take efforts on documentation and submitting the request
