**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

My company has been using Uhubs to train and upskill our sales team, and it’s made a real difference. The layout is clean, everything is where you expect it to be, and the Pulse feature gives instant clarity on what to focus on. It’s like having a coach who actually understands how you work.
Training is delivered through clear, structured pathways, which makes it easy to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. The customized training really helped our team fine-tune their skills, feel more confident, and win more business.

I noticed a bug in my most recent Pulse results. I’ve reported it and hope it gets resolved soon, ,otherwise, the platform has been fantastic.

Uhubs is helping us solve the challenge of onboarding and upskilling our sales team in a consistent, structured, and data-driven way. **What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Absolutely loved the way my employer's knowledge base was captured in an easy-to-follow but absolutely comprehensive curriculum by Uhubs. As a new sales person with my employer, I found Uhubs to be an superbly engaging and fun way to learn my employer's very complex product.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Seemed a bit clunky at times and would jump, inexplicably, to late stages of the curriculum on my second day of onboarding. But other than this technical glitch, there's really nothing that stands out to me as lacking or needs improving.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is Uhubs solving? That's easy: it centralizes all the training documentation a new sales hire like me needs. Usually a new sales hire has to comb through and cobble together information and best practices scattered across countless documents and spreadsheets (all of which are living documents that are all but living). Uhubs makes it easy for new hires like me to learn how to sell our product so much faster and easier.

Platform is simple to use and the pulse can turn out to be an insightful tool for 1:1s and career development.
All my notes for each rep 1:1 are now on Uhubs.
All the training is done using the Pathways.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

If you change some things in the training programs that you design, you change it for everyone and you don't have an "undo" button.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every time we change a process or have a new feature, was hard to keep up if everyone in the company was informed and trained.
Pathways is now the tool for the Sales Enablement team structure all this training.

For managing my team, I also use the pulse insights to work on each rep weaknesses

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

I like that it has absorbed our specific competency framework and measures people against it in a simple way. Provides great basis for all my 1-to-1s, keeps track of the progress, shows me where my time with my team is spent most valuably. 
Uhubs is also really quick to implement any changes I needed to be done to my teams structure. It seems like this will be one of the missing pieces in helping us become a data-driven & people's growth centric organisation.

Maybe its just me but it could be little more intuitive to navigate around. Once I learned where everything is its easier, at the beginning it required some clicking around.

Managing complex competencies in a diverse team of individuals. Keeping it all in one place, very actionable and objective.

Simple and easy to use, easy to track progress and bite off small chunks or segments to complete in "buckets" as they call them. It's easy to put aside 30 mins or 45 mins a couple of times a week. 
Complex learnings can be broken down into multiple pathways for learning and improvement. 
Relevant comparisons with both other team members as well as wider professionals.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

The amount of notifications/reminders to complete tasks can be over the top - I can probably change this in settings?

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a complex product that the team require an in-depth understanding of - Uhubs allows us to break it down into segments. Also easy to track performance and set task completion deadlines.

I've been using Uhubs as part of my BDR training and it was very easy to navigate! I love how all the modules are small, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. All the content and videos are incredibly engaging, with a wide range of sources. The platform has been invaluable in my training and  I can't wait to apply it to my job.

- The team at Uhubs have looked after us very well. We see our relationship as a partnership and through our joint programmes we have doubled our revenue per rep
- The platform has been an excellent onboarding tool for new joiners and we have really great feedback from the team, as well as a reduction in ramp times
- We have built our 1:1 processes around Uhubs and it has helped us drive accountability with managers and reps
- The platform is very easy to use and implement. Our team intuitively use it, as soon as they receive the invite

Uhubs is a start up so there are some features we would like. However, throughout our time with Uhubs the product has iterated for the better exponentially. They have made us a partner in creating their tech roadmap and the features which were missing are now there!

Onboarding - we have automated our learning reducing our time to ramp a rep by months
Sales training - Uhubs have supported us with training, drills and evolving our playbook. This resulted in a douling of revenue per rep and an increase of close rates of qualified deals from  20 to 29%
Accoutnability - we have used uhubs to tailor our training through their pulse survey feature (which is specific to sales professionals), alongside recording our 121s in Uhubs to drive accountability

I’ve been using UHubs as part of my role in selling software for a technology company, and it’s been a great impact on my professional development. 

The platform offers tailored learning tracks that align with what we are working on as a team internally. It's great having everything in one place with tasks that you can easily complete and a dashboard allowing you to keep up to date on progress. The interactive format helps keep learning enjoyable. 

The Academy also acts as a great resource with plenty of videos for levelling up your skills.

For best results, sales practices should already be underway, so skills processes can be iterated upon. Because of this it is less effective for beginers.

I like the different bucket system so everything is neatly put together. I love that you can check things off, makes me feel like I have completed something. I like that I can go back anytime I want and work on something again.

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Starting a new job can be overwhelming and it can be difficult to know where to start of what to do. Thankfully, the company i work for use Uhubs which has made my onboarding journey so much easier. The content (managed internally) is easy to follow, and the structure/layouy of the platform makes it easy to learn. I can also see my progress so I know how I'm progressing/advancing along the way. It's a super helpful platform and will continue to be a knowledge center as I continue to ramp up.

I know the Uhubs team are always looking for user feedback, and it's reassuring that product roadmap will reflect customer requests

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Minor UX issue (suggested change), enable the panel on the right to be enlarged so that users can see the entire screen. Sometimes there are windows within the frames that are difficult to scroll and see everything. As I say, these are minor issues – I’m nit picking, I know.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onorading is difficult, especially with data in various places. It can be diffucly to natigate between Google Sheets, Guru, email attachments and Slack messages. Uhubs is a central portal for new hire orientation and onboaring. It's super helpful as I can track my progress so that I know if im falling behind expectations, on track or ahead of pace. It makes life as a new hire so much easier.

They get me, a founder and commercial lead: It's evident that Uhubs understands the intricacies and nuances of being a founder and a commercial lead. This has made our collaboration seamless and effective.

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Uhubs' Enablement Platform has dramatically reduced the ramp-up time for our new sales reps. With its well-structured training "bucket" templates, our new hires have seamlessly integrated into their roles, enabling them to start contributing to the team's success weeks sooner. The organized approach to delivering and measuring training and sales coaching has ensured consistent growth and development across the entire sales force.

Our sales training and onboarding program has undergone a massive upgrade since incorporating Uhubs' Enablement Platform (previously using Google Docs & Saleshood). The user-friendly interface and engaging content have resonated incredibly well with our sales team, fostering a positive learning experience and encouraging ongoing development. 

Our ongoing sales development has been streamlined, and the bucket templates reduce the time it takes to create a training course.  We created a product academy, product marketing, and customer support "pathway" training for continuing education for our reps. We are provided with analytics on who has completed the courses ensuring everyone is updated on new releases and updated. 

What truly sets Uhubs apart is its Pulse report feature, which has become one of my favorite platform elements. The Pulse report delivers qualitative sales analytics on our sales reps in a way that we had previously struggled to capture manually. This level of visibility allows us to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement, enabling personalized sales coaching and sales performance management for each team member.

One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Uhubs is their dedicated and responsive team. Since our partnership started, they have been attuned to our needs and continuously adapted the platform. Their personalized attention and support have been instrumental in maximizing the platform's benefits and building out our Sales Enablement Program.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Initially, there were limited capabilities when building the buckets: embedding videos and tables were important to our onboarding program, and we could not accomplish this. Feedback was provided, and both requests have been updated and used frequently.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have a formal sales enablement solution that was utilized. We had multiple places where training, references, and documents were uploaded, making it very confusing for anyone looking for something specific. We had no way of tracking the completion or success of our Sales Enablement program.

There's a few elements that make it consistently useful for us:
1. Quarterly reports that are filled by manager and rep async which means more data to work from and much more specific learning plans. 
2. Great on-demand content and masterclasses from trainers/coaches who actually do the thing they are coaching on. i.e. no life long coaches, sales leaders to the sales courses and marketing leaders do the marketing courses so you get the real world pragmatism alongside the theory. 
3. Easy onboarding, much better than our spreadsheets, the new rep is taken on a journey and straight into ongoing L&D so you can set a standard of progression and consistent learning from day 1.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

The UI is still a work in progress, sometimes the layout of a new release needs some work. Every time I've mentioned feedback or a change its been incorporated so can't really complain!

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oboarding for sales reps and setting the standard for learning from day 1, before the onboarding would be a bit spotty but the gamification means much quicker completion for new joiners.

Our typical review processes have been 121s which tend to lack consistent outcomes, follow ups, and measured increase/decreases. Uhubs solves exactly this, less loose conversations and more direct, measurable progression.

Although I love the layout of Uhubs, when using the UI on a laptop screen it can sometimes be harder to navigate. However, when using a larger second monitor/larger screen this really isn't an issue.

As I've been moving through the process of onboarding into a CS role, having the use of a tool that easily outlines and guides you through the training process has been fantastic! The team at Uhubs are fantastic - super responsive, helpful and very quick to turnaround new product development. They regularly gather feature requests from customers to continue to build & improve their platform which is really helpful, especially as a fairly new enablement team that continues to change the goal posts with what we are trying to achieve. The integration with gmail has really helped us integrate Uhubs into our reps existing culture of relying heavily on diaries for task management and organisation.

The interface doesn't display that well on a small screen (laptop), its best on a larger monitor. They could offer more gamification features for knowledge testing.

Uhubs puts all your onboarding necessities in one place. Useful integrations with tools like Vidyard and Calendars. You can send "to do" tasks directly to your calendar.

Nothing negative to say really. If anything, could be improved with a section that shows all incomplete tasks, seperate to the main pathway. Otherwise you have to scroll through yourself which takes longer.

UHubs is really easy and straight forward to use.  For my training at my company it allowed a clear, organised plan to be set out for me day to day, with ways to hold me accountable to the training. It also allowed managers to add additional trainings as and when they were needed. The 121 tool was also very helpful for my weekly 121s. the UI was really nice too
