**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

The buckets could be clearer the lay out is a bit congested with too much going on the page

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My manager can see where I am at without us having o have constant check ups

  ### 2. Super useful for sales training!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

An intuitive platform which really supports in growing my sales skills. I like how centralised it is in being able to review the courses I have completed, feedback from management and the wider teams.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Sometimes it is difficult to work out which buckets are a priority to finish. Feedback from the quizzes can take a while paticularly with the written answers.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping with areas of weakness which were shown on the initial sales questionaire. Specific courses are helping to develop my sales skills even further.

  ### 3. Kept on Track

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

The best thing about Uhubs is that it keeps you on track. with youre weekly assignments. It was super beneficial because without itI would have easily missed assignments or key deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

ThThere genuinely was not much to dislike about UHubs. The only issue was comtimes seeign what I had left/ not completed when I was in a split screen mode. Other than that it was solid

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UHubs was used for Onboarding in my case. The benefit of using it for onboarding it gave me something to do and I didn't feel lioke I had to keep going backto my manager to keep asking for more things to do.

  ### 4. Overall the platform seems good, however very much down to how your company utilises it.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

The buckets and tasks seem like a good way of tracking and staying on top of training. It also seems a good way of keeping on top of 121 meetings. Overall layour and UI good.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

No so much a dislike of the product itself but as it's more of a platform, the benefit you get out of it is very much dependent on how your company utilises it.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not really solving any problem for me. It's used to house some training modules whihc is good to refer back to time to time. It also is used for my 121 templates.

Having to follow work documents onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph F. | BDR Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

The platform has improved recently and provides a central hub for all of our assets and training materials for new and existing staff alike

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Can be buggy at times, interface could be better

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Levelling up staff and having a bank of materials they can access as we build out our training programmes

  ### 15. The right platform/team for scaling sales organizations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Commercial Enablement Manager (UK & US), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Technology-wise, some of the greatest benefits we've gained from Uhubs so far include:
- Sales competency tests - something we've tried manually and failed at scaling
- Onboarding automation & tracking - entire pathways assigned virtually instantaneously, and a single source of truth for enablement staff, business leaders, and managers to track and analyse progress
- Personal development programs (built by enablement, driven by managers)
- Scalability - we put 60 people on the platform initially, but evaluated it on the basis we could have more than triple this amount within year one. Once stuff is built out, adding users is very pain free and you get a lot of support from the customer success team in doing so.

Above and beyond technology, the team are an awesome crew. Very attentive, driven, and responsive.

But most of all, they're very transparent and collaborative in their product roadmap. There have been instances of features I've flagged as would be 'nice to have' that have appeared within a couple weeks after raising them.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Not much, but being beta users we had in the early couple months instances of certain admin tasks being a bit labour intensive, but these we're quickly (and continue to be) ironed out as they push the platform. The end-user view has always been clean and a powerful tool for onboarding and continuous development.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Onboarding development, iteration, and increasing variety of feedback loops and learning mechanisms
- Onboarding automation - saving time in the onboarding process for Sales Enablement and managers
- Sales Manager tracking/ enablement - easy for senior sales leaders to see how managers are developing their teams in response to Uhubs sales competency assessments (Pulse reports)
- Scaling personal development programs
- Spotting and tracking early indicators of high-performers or early warning signals in the ramp period

  ### 16. Engaging onboarding and training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Clear milestones and tracking of progress

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Difficulty in finding completed task doc

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding multiple complex topics in a structured training program

  ### 17. Uhubs enables me to have a data-led approach to developing the team to hit target.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oyin B. | Vice President of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

The ability to upload 30, 60, 90 day checklists for onboarding and then link these to quizzes and assessments.

My new hires can now be onboarded faster. My existing team can still develop skills through the pulse and have been taking advantage of the live training sessions and video library they can access.

They also provide benchmarking and my team have been rating many of the insights and contextual sessions very highly.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

The pulse assessments gave some really interesting information which I’d like to use more often.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically onboarding for my sales team meant using lots of excel spreadsheets and as we are growing fast and hitting target Im keen to onboard new sellers faster.

In the past we didnt know what training would be useful or helpful in moving the needle on seller success, but the ability to be able to combine development data with performance data is the missing piece of the jigsaw.

Uhubs enables me to have a data-led approach to developing the team to hit target and we’ve recently seen higher retention of sellers too.

My sales team are engaged with the live expert sessions being delivered and as its on demand it’s always at the right time for my team unlike in the past where you would do sales training across the board.

  ### 18. I’ve added 4 more to my team and its made onboarding easier than before and gave it a structure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | Team Lead - Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

I've sat on a few of Uhubs training modules, some of the live ones which have been really useful.

The pulse assessments gave some really interesting information there. It shows some good
individual breakdowns and where improvement areas lie for the team.

Showing the benefits of the training and tracking the impact based on the pulse is very useful.

Structured onboarding with best praxctice for SDR’s was immensely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

I'd like to get more sellers on more live training sessions as they keep missing out.

The pulse assessments gave some really interesting information which I’d like to use more often.

It logs me back out of the platform for security and so I need to jump into the dashboard again, but they have been quick to provide an easy bookmarking method as I try logging in every day.

I think I’d like to do more quizzes and assessments on the platform in the future.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historically onboarding for my team before I our sales managers had to spend three days. And then you you're meant to be picking up the phone and dialing. But the people that we hire in this team are recent graduates , who've never done sales before in their life.

  ### 19. Made the onboarding process for my new role a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bilal Q. | Business Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

I can't say enough positive things about Uhubs. The platform made my onboarding for my first month at Pulsar a breeze. To avoid confusion, I was able to see what tasks I needed to complete while also keeping track of the tasks I had already completed. The one feature of Uhubs that I liked was how simple it was to schedule a live training/presentation with my manager. This is because it was linked to my calendar, allowing me to see available times for my manager and me. I strongly recommend Uhubs as an onboarding/training tool

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

I guess they could make the platform more user-friendly as it requires to be open a certain width before it is viewed, which makes it challenging to have Uhubs open whilst completing other tasks.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uhubs is helping me settle into my new role as a BDR. It helps me break up my weekly tasks and schedule in training with my managers.

  ### 20. Great support - Forward thinking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

I love that with Uhubs I can prompt my team to part-take in particular sessions, I can create individual task buckets for them if they need support on working through any specific tasks. It's aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Cosi and the team are always on hand to help if I have any issues and they're always one step ahead in suggesting even better ifs.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

It can sometimes have a slight lag, but overall it's easy for anyone to use, even if they're not the most tech-savviest person.
It would be great to have more sessions available to management.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding used to be a huge uphill battle in the past, but since we've started using Uhubs with onboarding, it's made tracking tasks easier, and they've also got lots of sessions which are suggestions for greener team members.

  ### 21. very usefull

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilse v. | s, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

structure, flow, good way to find your way in a lot of information

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

lacks flexibility in some areas, not all tasks are measured well

**Recommendations to others considering Uhubs:**

go with the flow

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

there is a lot of information availiable and it kind of structures it all

  ### 22. Early days but really impressive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronan G. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

It helps drive the conversation for 1:1s. My reports have really studied their initial pulse reviews which has helped drive action points and monthly reviews.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

There are a few UX pieces, but I've flagged it back to the Uhubs team. I would probably like a few more sprints as well.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using it in tandem with internal training (call listening & role play), and it compliments that level of training. The sales team is committed to increasing their pulse scores and taking part in the sprints.

  ### 23. Pretty Good - but wee bit too much data

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Really like that it gives me interesting points to bring up in 1:1s. Oftentimes I'm not sure how to take 1:1 conversations, so it's great having specific datapoints to look to that is measurable and can turn into something bigger.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Some of the graphs are pretty dense. I wish we just had clear bullet points that said: "Hey you might want to call out rep XYZ and ask about ABC". I wish there were recommended prompts to go after. The point of UHubs is to make my life easier as a manager but I find that sometimes it's more work to decipher what all the data means. Some of the questions are a little vague or could be taken multiple ways depending on cultural background.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helpful for my more tenured reps. I can better understand what people want to work on, what people think they're doing well. And it's interesting to see how similar it is or different it is to my thoughts on that person.

  ### 24. Smooth onboarding and great insights for coaching.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clément A. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Quick setup and adoption from the reps.
Easy to find relevant content to deal with specific subjects.
Clear way to understand the essential points to focus your coaching on.

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

They are still developing new features on the product.

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uhubs help me to align with my team on what we want to achieve in terms of coaching.
Enabled us to speed ramp-up time with graduate hires.
Overall, significant impact on the team's skills and motivation.

  ### 25. Helps me understand how remote teams are feeling to enable better coaching and prevent attrition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anup K. | Chief Revenue Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Uhubs?**

Sales managers loved the structure it gave them for onboarding and ongoing development and it gives me an overall view of development needs across the entire team

**What do you dislike about Uhubs?**

Some of the community sprints had reps at different experience levels

**What problems is Uhubs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to enhance the onboarding process and speed up ramp times.
