Im a real fan of how convenient it is to order food from a large selection of places and get it delivered to your door rather than being limited to only the places that offer delivery. My major issue is communication between the delivery driver and the customer. We are not given a number to allow us to contact the delivery driver if there are any issues or if there were any mistakes made during the check-out process. It has happened multiple times in which I make an order, and it isn't left at my door. It gets delivered to my neighbor or left in a different part of the building, and there is no way for me to contact the driver. I'm left to wait until they contact me if they don't just drop off my order anywhere and leave.
