Our software integrates seamlessly with career sites, providing optimal support for the candidate experience. 70% of visitors to the working at site do this from their mobile. They are often unable to apply because a mandatory CV must be uploaded. Our software distinguishes itself because candidates can apply via mobile without this obligation, as this can also be done later. This ensures more and better candidates and saves marketing budget. Due to the focus on corporate recruitment, we offer the opportunity to support the various recruitment processes for the various target groups, such as regular vacancies, internships, traineeships and sometimes even volunteers. There is central management and always an overview of where candidates stand in the process. Ubeeo offers the option to easily contact candidates via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Candidates can be invited quickly and easily for interviews and assessments. It is also possible to offer candidates an employment conditions proposal. At the end of the application process, candidates are automatically forwarded to the HR system. Ubeeo offers extensive recruitment reporting with commonly used standard reports, such as the CBS report, with reports to measure processes so that they can be optimized and reports to provide accountability to management. I have already experienced the implementation (with different clients) twice as very smooth. **What do you dislike about Ubeeo ATS?** Nothing yet, the reports/dashboards could be better, but first we need to specify what we want to send here, so what we want to measure. **What problems is Ubeeo ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Process optimization: approval, posting to websites, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
