# Which enterprise feedback management tools automate survey distribution and improve customer engagement collection speed?

Been digging into enterprise feedback management tools that focus specifically on getting surveys out faster and getting responses back quicker, since a lot of the conversation around this category tends to focus on analysis rather than the collection speed itself.

Sogolytics automates a lot of the collection process through API-based triggers, with one organization describing how it turned an inconsistent, manual self-assessment process into something that fields automatically across every program they run.

GatherUp stands out for automated requests that fire the moment a service is completed, rather than depending on staff remembering to send them. One agency owner described going from sporadic, manual outreach to a steady, consistent stream of feedback once the automation took over.

Qualaroo triggers feedback surveys directly on a website or in-app the moment someone is actually engaged, which one team said replaced email surveys that were barely getting any responses at all.

What's interesting is that each of these automates a different moment: one on a schedule, one right after service, one based on live behavior. Worth thinking about which trigger actually lines up with when your customers are most likely to respond.

For anyone running these at scale, has automating distribution changed your actual response rates, or mostly just saved the team time on the sending side?

Enterprise Feedback Management reviews on G2 describe automation as solving three different moments in the customer journey, not one shared problem; the post's own framing lays out clearly. Sogolytics' API-based triggers replace an inconsistent, manual assessment process point at a scheduled or programmatic moment, while GatherUp firing the instant a service is completed is tied to a specific event rather than a calendar, and those two failure modes, forgetting to send and never having a fixed schedule at all, are entirely different problems even though both get solved by automation.
Qualaroo's in-the-moment website and in-app trigger is answering a third, different question entirely, catching someone while they're actually engaged rather than reaching them after the fact through email, which explains why one team specifically credited it with replacing email surveys that were barely getting opened. The post's own question about response rates versus saved sending time is probably the right way to separate these, since a scheduled trigger mostly saves staff time while a live-behavior trigger is more likely to change whether someone responds at all.
