So which Trustpilot Consulting firms are most trusted by hospitality brands, based on verified user reviews?

G2's Trustpilot Consulting category tracks 35+ providers with an average rating of 4.5. Based on current ratings and each firm's stated focus, these are strong starting points for hospitality brands:

Straight answer: G2 can't really support this one. The Trustpilot Consulting category on G2 is essentially empty, just a couple of firms with a single review each, and none of them hospitality-specific, so there's no verified-review basis to name a "most trusted for hospitality" firm. I'd rather flag that than invent a ranking. The realistic path is to work from Trustpilot's own partner directory, then vet firms directly with hospitality references, asking specifically about hotel or restaurant brands they've worked with and what results they drove. Honestly, for review strategy at a hospitality brand, a lot of the work (review generation, responding at scale) can also be handled in-house with a reputation management tool. Are you looking to outsource strategy, or just get more and better reviews flowing?
