It's interface is user friendly and reflects Whatsapp Web/Salesforce making it seamless to use

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

Took some time to understand the features and how they were priced seperately when initially looking into the product

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team speak with customers on Whatsapp and these conversations were not formally recorded and open to abuse, we now have it connected to Salesforce so we can offer a seamless conversation across channels with customers and protect them and our business with formal conversation logging

Tuvis is one of the best tools that make communication easier and more effective. It helps us build fruitful relationship with customers and increase business gradually.

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

Really hard to find anything to dislike about Tuvis.

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuvis, helps to connect various stakeholders together and removes any communication barrier or gap between customers or the salesforce team. As the key to the success of every business is Timely and effective communication which Tuvis provide with the integration of Whatsapp with Salesforce.

Tuvis is an excellent tool for building customer relationships; it streamlines all communication through all channels.

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

Nothing for me. It's an excellent tool for any business.

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tuvis solve a sales problem that is not connected smoothly with the customer. But this tool smoothly merges with the customer, helps build customer relationships and streamlines communication through all channels.

**What do you like best about Tuvis?**

The sales team started to use it without training, easy to set up and adopt. Great support from the sales team and the service team. The conversations can be logged manually or automatically, and the visual components bring the chat into the SFDC records. Great out-of-the-box dashboard, which provides insights on user adoption.

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

Nothing, so far. 
It could be further improved by making it easy, for sales ops teams, to set up Whatslly to log chats as activities, for reporting purpose (this works if the activity is logged manually but not when the sync is set to automatic). The logging can be done by setting up a workflow, so this is not a show stopper.

**Recommendations to others considering Tuvis:**

Great product, great team, recommended.

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enable the reps to communicate using the tools the customers want to use, while keeping the data all in one place (SFDC) and reportable.

**What do you like best about Tuvis?**

The best thing is that it helps the salesperson t set up quickly and use without training. It has an excellent and user-friendly dashboard, and its consumer service is impressive that in turn, makes it smoother.

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

It does not support reporting. It is slow sometimes that sometimes hinders progress. It should not take much time to update the correct data in the sales force.

**Recommendations to others considering Tuvis:**

I would recommend it to others as it is the best software connecting the salesforce with the customers at WhatsApp, making it the best customer relationship channel.

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this software to maintain the connection between WhatsApp and salesforce. The main benefit is that it helps the sales team, support team, and customer service team connect with the customers at WhatsApp.

Customer service is amazing. Whenever you feel like you have a problem contact them, and your problem will be solved, making the experience of using Whatslly smoother

Sometimes slow, sometimes buggy, which can hinder the progress

Now able to directly create cases and leads via whatsapp

**What do you like best about Tuvis?**

Whatslly is extremely useful and it is the exact tool that we are looking for - conveniently logging an activity with chat history saves so much time from our sales team and at the same time, improve our activity tracking. Highly recommended tool if you need a tool to "integrate" your Salesforce with Whatslly.

if it support custom object that will be great

I don't like all the time having to update to show the correct data to include in SALES FORCE

The super easy and direct way to save the conversations I have with my customers on WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Tuvis?**

I don't like it when Whatslly doesn't find the user I want to save the conversation.

**What problems is Tuvis solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem of having to go to each user account with whom I want to register. It's much more practical and quick to save a conversation and I don't waste that much time.

If you are communication with your customers through Whatsapp then this is a must!!!
