"Very happy with the results"

What do you like best about RaveCapture?

The system collects tons of content. Reviews, photos, videos, QA. Our review response rate is 22%. It's automated so I don't have to spend time on it. The Instagram curation is nice too, as well as the Google Shopping integration.

Support is really good: live chat answers very quickly. The widgets that go on your site are very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RaveCapture?

Wish there were more widget layout display options. Wish it had Zapier integration but I'm told its in the works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RaveCapture:

Offer coupons in exchange for photos (or award points through Lootly loyalty), then tell them about it in the review email subject line and body. It massively increases the amount of photo submissions you get. Doing this really boosted our photo collection rate. Also: take advantage of their design team... they will customize the widget CSS however you want to match your site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to collect UGC (user generated content). TrustSpot is the best app we've tried for this use case that didn't want $1000 per month. The benefits are greatly increased conversion rate and sales, as well as Google Shopping CTR increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RaveCapture?

Very easy to use, offers the same functionalities as Yotpo for a 1/4 of the price. The Support is 24/7 ultra responsive and on point.

Don't waste your money with the other ones. It's a review system, not a NASA program. Not worth all the money the other ones are charging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a paid Magento extension before and it was unusable due to Spam. We looked for trusted review systems but they were all insanely expensive. The competitors don't even display their prices on their website which is beyond annoying. We had a demo with Yotpo, nice but they wanted $8K upfront. We finally found Truspot, they were great. Showed their prices on their website. The system is straightforward, clean and easy to use. Really happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buggy - didn't work for me"

What do you like best about RaveCapture?

Easy to integrate into existing website via iframe or bcc on email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RaveCapture?

I received a 'no credits left' email every 5 minutes for almost 24 hours before customer services acknowledged and fixed the error (I also *did* have credits available). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RaveCapture?

TrustSpot has been very easy to implement with our current software, so that customers get an opportunity to provide public, impartial feedback after interacting with our customer service team. The pricing is very reasonable, and the reviews and widgets are well designed and easy to put on our website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RaveCapture?
