Once collected, automatically share reviews with compelling customer visuals on product pages, your dedicated reviews page via our Visual Gallery and on your home page. ## RaveCapture Reviews ### 1. Reviews, photos, videos, QA. Our review response rate is 22%. It's automated so I don't have to spend time on it. The Instagram curation is nice too, as well as the Google Shopping integration. Support is really good: live chat answers very quickly. The widgets that go on your site are very fast. **What do you dislike about RaveCapture?** Wish there were more widget layout display options. Wish it had Zapier integration but I'm told its in the works. **Recommendations to others considering RaveCapture:** Offer coupons in exchange for photos (or award points through Lootly loyalty), then tell them about it in the review email subject line and body. It massively increases the amount of photo submissions you get. Doing this really boosted our photo collection rate. Also: take advantage of their design team... they will customize the widget CSS however you want to match your site. **What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to collect UGC (user generated content). TrustSpot is the best app we've tried for this use case that didn't want $1000 per month. The benefits are greatly increased conversion rate and sales, as well as Google Shopping CTR increases. ### 2. The Support is 24/7 ultra responsive and on point. - Easy to use - Clean inteface - All the functionalities an e-commerce website needs - Trusted by Google for rich snippets - Best value (all the competitors are charging out-of-their-mind prices) - Lightning fast support **What do you dislike about RaveCapture?** Nothing to dislike. If there would be a wish, it would be maybe for more customization. **Recommendations to others considering RaveCapture:** Don't waste your money with the other ones. It's a review system, not a NASA program. Not worth all the money the other ones are charging. **What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a paid Magento extension before and it was unusable due to Spam. We looked for trusted review systems but they were all insanely expensive. The competitors don't even display their prices on their website which is beyond annoying. We had a demo with Yotpo, nice but they wanted $8K upfront. We finally found Truspot, they were great. Showed their prices on their website. The system is straightforward, clean and easy to use. The pricing is very reasonable, and the reviews and widgets are well designed and easy to put on our website **What do you dislike about RaveCapture?** I would love if they were a google adword partner for reviews so that we could use the reviews and ratings in adword campaigns **What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to find a way to collect and present verified reviews of our company and service, so that we could better promote our highly rated service team. It is more pricey than the competitors. **Recommendations to others considering RaveCapture:** If you are looking to increase SEO traffic, google snippets, and also ask your customers for reviews. **What problems is RaveCapture solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is to enrich my ecommerce website. I needed a software/website to collect permanent reviews from customers.
