**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Trinity were professional, experienced and timely in their execution of insightful win/loss reports

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

there was nothing to dislike about our engagement of Trinity. Their consultants are industry experts

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to understand from our customer's valuable insights why we either won or lost competitive opportunities. We used these learnings to improve and grow so that for new opportunities were provided a more competitive value proposition to our customer base

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

I like that Trinity is a win/loss review, as you can learn from each experience. It is interesting to reevaluate and gain perspective from your engagements.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

Creating opportunities has a few little tricks to work through. However, there is nothing major, and overall is easy to use.

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insights in terms of how our prospective customers or new customers view our engagements in terms of communication, knowledge etc.

**What do you like best about Trinity?**

Trinity Sales review is easy to use for our prospects, and gives some valuable insights in what we do well and what could be done better. 
Works best if used for a longer time, so you can see some trends and progress.

**What do you dislike about Trinity?**

Not much. Some minor hiccups logging new opportunities, but I'm sure that will be addressed

**What problems is Trinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trinity provides us with more detailed and structured insights on how we perform during sales. In particular the 'loss' reviews are valuable, for those 'lost' prospects who are willing to take the time to provide feedback.
