**What do you like best about Tribune?**

- The org chart for matrix teams is very user friendly. I have not seen a more convenient one
- It is possible to allocate employees to products and projects and later collect historical data on their workload via API
- Support for multi-contracting and multi-currency (it is really important for a worldwide distributed team)
-Very in-depth level of requirements analysis in support. It's not just "we'll improve this someday". It's custdev in every dialogue.
- I like vacation management. Easy to use

**What problems is Tribune solving and how is that benefiting you?**
