Recommendations to others considering AIM:
Just know what you're getting yourself into - it takes a lot of setup and input, but once that leg work is done, it will benefit your company overall. A good training manual would be a solid thing to add to your company's database for new employees, because there is a large learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is AIM solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, Aimsi is helpful in the respect that it still works to run credit because the credit machine is set up separately, so we don't have to worry about not being able to run payments if part of the system is down. It also helps with a full inventory database and automatically calculates a lot of aspects for you, which is definitely nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
