TravelBank is the easiest platform to report to my agencies expenses and mileage for work travel. It is user-intuitive, and there are reminders for places if you forget to fill in certain fields. I highly recommend this program for agencies that have lots of employee travel--it has cut down my reporting time from 20 minutes for one work travel episode to just a few minutes at most! Travel Bank is such a user friendly website for your business credit card for uploading receipts and reconciliation, and creating expense reports for approvals! I use travel bank app almost each day - and the ease of implementation submitting receipts and integration of the whole process. I have not had to contact customer support as it is self explanatory. When I am splitting expenses for someone I am a delegate for, it kicks me out if I am taking too long and it doesn't save what I have already done. For some, I have to split it out to 40 separate places and I have to save & log out & back in after 10-15 splits are entered.
