**What do you like best about TransAction Guru?**

Easy to learn, great to manage controlled documents & VR Transactions
Easy to xfer documents from different cloud locations
Easy to upload and update new documents
Love the slicer capability

**What do you dislike about TransAction Guru?**

Not easy to track the status of imported documents.
Does not give any warning that there are duplicate documents with the same name

**What problems is TransAction Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabled VR office interacting with clients nationwide.
