Additional integrations are available for additional charge and Tradly team offers great service regards to that. Also, you can buy mobile app source code, which makes Tradly stand out from competitors. The team is very flexible and they are opened to suggestions, which I grately appriciate and will continue to run my business with Tradly. **What do you dislike about Tradly Platform?** My business is based in Croatia, so translation is very important for me. Site is in English and not everything was available to translate such as system emails, but Tradly team is actively working to adjust that. **What problems is Tradly Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tradly offers no-code web builder, hosting and admin console for my marketplace. Also, they are developing an app to work with my web site. ### 2. It works well for all budgets. Without tradly, my dream of starting an E-commerce business would've been cut short, but thanks to them and G2 for helping me with a lot of options, I have been able to start my E-commerce platform. The pricing has various levels with certain benefits. You can even use the free option forever and you'll be ok if it fits your expectations. They allow me to pay monthly or annually. Therefore, no matter your budget, you can work with tradly. Another thing is that, they have a listening ear. Whatever I request, they try to the best of their abilities to help. Moreover, JK has been very supportive by providing me with swift responses and guidance throughout my journey. My journey has been fantastic. I recommend them to every entrepreneur. **What do you dislike about Tradly Platform?** What I dislike is the flat shipping fee. I feel that shipping fee should be calculated based on the location of the person. The cost of delivering goods for a 1km radius might be different from a 20km radius. Therefore, in a dense region like Accra; where I have my business, the flat shipping fee does not help. We end up either charging too low or too high for deliveries based on the location of the buyer. Those who find our shipping fee to be expensive end up not buying from us. Delivery fees can also be charged based on the weight or size of an item. For instance, the delivery fee for a kettle might be lesser than that of a set of sofa. However, tradly does not give us the option to charge delivery based on location and/or weight/size of the item. They've promised to work on it but I hope they fix it in the shortest possible time. **What problems is Tradly Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poverty. With tradly, money should not be a barrier. ### 3. We are connected to the whole Tradly team through several channels and if we need to discuss a more complex issue, we can easily and quickly do a Google Meets Video chat. The Tradly team also helps and advises us with problems with the Google Playstore and the Appstore. The service is really over deliver. New implementations for the app are no problem. **What do you dislike about Tradly Platform?** Our company is based in Germany, so in the beginning there were sometimes communication problems, but this is no longer a problem. **Recommendations to others considering Tradly Platform:** Top performance at a very good and fair price. I can really recommend Tradly to anyone who wants to create an app for marketplaces. **What problems is Tradly Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are developing a consumer to consumer marketplace. For this we need a powerful app that connects people for a specific target group.
