What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

Convictional has been incredibly easy to integrate into our systems. I appreciate that the orders are transferred into our shopify and our employees can easily print and ship orders. We had previously partnered with another business using a similar b2b product. The platform became such a pain point for our employees and systems that we ended up severing the business relationship due to its bottleneck. I was apprehensive about accepting another drop shipping account using a 3rd party platform, but we have all been pleasantly surprised with Convictional! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modern Dropship?

We had one hiccup in inventory registering across all platforms, but it was addressed quickly with the Convictional team. They were able to walk us through and troubleshoot quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Modern Dropship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convictional is the bridge in our dropshipping relationship with another brand. Most of these platforms are clunky and require more work to accept and ship an order than it takes to pull and pack the order. What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

Products sync right to our retailers shopify - no need for PIM. Orders come right through our store for easy and fast fulfillment. Great support team (real humans) at Convictional to ensure that the platform meets our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modern Dropship?

I wish that Convictional could sync products to our retailer without it having to be active. I know that there is a way to do this through meta fields, but I need some research in meta fields! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Modern Dropship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Big retailers prefer drop shipping, which is obviously great for them; they don't carry any risk and 0 inventory. It's then on the brand to pay for these expensive EDI platforms, using labour to figure out these ANCIENT platforms that are not user-friendly. That's where Convictional winning by having this user-friendly platform, where orders sync right into the store - no manual labour. Wherease working with another EDI company - you manually add to your store back end, manually add shipping label, manually acknowledge order, ect. There is so much room for human error (which is fair) but then you get hit with these MASSIVE chargebacks. Convictional is saving us time and money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

We use Convictional to grow our brand in a marketplace setting. We love the integration and how easy it is for us to manage orders. Orders pop up as usual and we fulfill them in the same way we would fulfill any other order. What do you dislike about Modern Dropship?

We have to pay extra attention to the time an order was received, as there is a score given on the amount of time it takes to fulfill an order. "The most seamless way to get retail placement"

What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

When we were first approached by the Convictional team, we all thought it sounded too good to be true. We were concurrently getting EDI compliant for placement with another retail partner and we had also participated in other drop ship ventures with no integration with our 3 pl. Both forms of retail placement, were long winded, time consuming and involved a lot of our teams bandwidth. Convictional involved no cost to us. The on-boarding process was relatively easy. It does integrate with our 3 pl so reduces the manual inputs needed from our team. It was also a direct bridge to some buying teams that we are so excited about and we wouldn't have secured on our own. It has been a huge boon for our omnichannel strategy. What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

From a buyer perspective, it is very easy to sync products over to our website. For the most part, the automations work and help us keep track of order status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Modern Dropship?

There are a few features that are lacking including import and export features on the platform. The order issues tab is a bit hard to stay on top of during busy times and we have to monitor pricing very closely since brands control this from their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Modern Dropship solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Convictional team is always actively working on feature updates to help us accommodate the large amount of orders and products being hosted via their platform. Dropship takes away the need for us to physically hold inventory or place orders ahead of time through forecasting. What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

We are using Convictional via SeattleMet and it's great how seamlessly it syncs with Shopify to show our catalogue of products on SeattleMets shop.I'd have no problem using this site in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one issue we've had is that it didn't appear to collect shipping on behalf of the customer when someone placed an order. Not sure whether it was a setting in convictional we had unchecked or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Modern Dropship?

What do you dislike about Modern Dropship?

So far, I am unable to find a way to manually edit products pulled from Shopify. This is sometimes necessary if we want retailers to sell with different terms to the ones we use.
