What do you like best about Tradex?

Signing up for the service was the only easy part. The invoicing platform itself works fine but it's not worth the exhorbitant price that it comes with. The platform is fairly simple and implementation is easy enough but the customer support again sucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tradex?

The contract was misrepresented and the important detail was printed in fine print so we missed that clause which said it renews for 5 years unless written via post which is absurd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
