**What do you like best about Tradex?**

Signing up for the service was the only easy part. The invoicing platform itself works fine but it's not worth the exhorbitant price that it comes with. The platform is fairly simple and implementation is easy enough but the customer support again sucks.

**What do you dislike about Tradex?**

The contract was misrepresented and the important detail was printed in fine print so we missed that clause which said it renews for 5 years unless written via post which is absurd.

**What problems is Tradex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing is made easy through this platform. We have freelancers working in our company and we usually use Tradex to send out invoices for them
