# Which video conferencing platforms give mid-market teams real-time meeting analytics and dashboards?

Question for the video conferencing reviewers and admins in the room: which platforms actually give mid-market teams real-time meeting analytics and dashboards, as opposed to a usage report that shows up a day later?

For a mid-market team, the distinction matters more than at either extreme: big enough that meeting quality problems are constant, too small for a dedicated AV team to chase them. Zoom Workplace (4.5, 56,000+ reviews): best known for its admin dashboard's quality-of-service view, letting an admin watch a live meeting's audio, video, and connection metrics per participant; in the mid-market Grid segment it holds a perfect satisfaction score.

Microsoft Teams (4.4, 17,800+ reviews): meeting and call quality analytics live in the admin center, with real-time telemetry for live meetings; the depth is there, though the more advanced real-time views sit behind higher licensing tiers, worth confirming against your plan.

Webex Suite (4.2, 18,780+ reviews): Control Hub is arguably the most admin-centric analytics surface of the three, combining live troubleshooting with media-quality analytics; its mid-market satisfaction (80) trails Zoom and Teams in the Grid while its enterprise pedigree shows in the tooling.

Worth checking before you buy whether the "real-time" analytics are actually engagement stats or connection quality stats, because vendors love demoing the first one and admins actually need the second. Zoom's live per-participant view has saved me more than once when a call degrades mid-meeting. I stopped checking most of the post-meeting reports after month one, they just don't tell you anything actionable.
