**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

Runsheets are the only reason we continue with TrackTik

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

The company ignores customer feedback, raises prices like crazy, and FORCES you into a term contract with no month-to-month option. Tracktik has doubled in price over the last five years, and it’s becoming too expensive. On top of that, their customer service isn’t helpful, and the billing is a nightmare. They’ve accidentally taken too much money numerous times.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:**

Make sure you go through the training so you get everything you can out of it.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They create more problems than they solve. We just got a 30% increase (about $450 per month) with no change to our plan. They raised the prices, and they also don’t give much notice for increases—we had about four weeks to either sign their new contract or find a new provider.

On top of that, administrators still can’t properly access TrackTik in a web browser. Yes, it loads, but it isn’t usable. We’re a 24/7 business, and having access to TrackTik shouldn’t mean I need to keep my laptop available 24/7.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

I find TrackTik incredibly user-friendly, which makes performing complex back-office management tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and report management much easier. Its intuitive design ensures that I can navigate through its features effortlessly, enhancing my overall experience and productivity. The ease of use is a standout feature for me, as it minimizes the learning curve and allows my team to quickly become proficient in utilizing its capabilities. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was encouraging, even though it required a lot of manual data entry. My positive experience with TrackTik is strong enough that I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague, as reflected in my perfect recommendation score of 10.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

I find it problematic that reports, once created, cannot be reassigned to a different account. This restriction complicates managing report assignments flexibly. Additionally, the initial setup required a lot of manual data entry, which was cumbersome and time-consuming.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TrackTik for back office management, solving scheduling, invoicing, and report management issues. It's user-friendly and easy to use, though reassigning reports once created is a challenge.

I have been using TrackTik for 5 years, and I truly appreciate its centralized platform, which allows me to input all the necessary information to run my business seamlessly. Once TrackTik was implemented and our team was trained, I found the ease of use to be particularly beneficial. Customer service is an area where I find TrackTik lacking. There are issues with slow support ticket response times, which can be frustrating when swift assistance is needed. Additionally, there needs to be more consistency in terms of account managers. This inconsistency can lead to communication gaps and hinder efficient problem-solving and account management.

I use TrackTik as a centralized platform for scheduling, reporting, payroll, and invoicing, simplifying my business operations. It's easy to use once implemented, enhancing billing, payroll, and overtime visibility.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

Scheduling and reporting are good and being able to allow client access is good.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

BE AWARE of "auto renew" Tracktik do not contact you to let you know that your contract is ending and it is on auto renew on all contracts. The price inflates by 7% and you're tied in to another contract for the same period as your last period. so if you're on a 1 year period you are then tied to another year. Tracktiks answer to this is "TOUGH" even though the terms by government definition are "unfair terms" 

There are many features that do not work, and if you bring it to their attention they just dismiss it. Nothing gets fixed. 

Customer service - what customer service!  You are just a number to them and they actually don't care about you or your business. You can submit an enquiry but don't expect a reply. their excuse for this is that they're having changes internally regarding who deals with what. Sounds like a them problem to be honest and not a valid excuse for getting no support.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

I have been in the security operations field off and on for the last 5 years, both companies i worked for used TrackTik to make sure patrols were done to clients liking and the auto generated and sent reports to clients every day makes Tracktik one of the easiest to use platform with great excellent support and. We were able to integrate seamlessly within our operations for a daily use case.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

Sometimes the mobile app crashes for some agents.

Ensuring guard tours are completely done with NFC tags to make sure client and our business has full visibility to the patrols.

Intuitive design for front-end and back-end users, good report template builder, quick support response times.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

Certain limitations with data and data usage (only 2 variables, incident category and location), difficult to access and share meaningful summaries of information without interpreting and re-display the data in a different format. Difficult to browse reports (the need to mouse over certain prompts, rather than have them displayed be default, is a small irritation). Incident Management (i.e. turning a report into a "file" with actionable tasks) is lacking.

Incident documentation and record keeping + security employee management (patrols, checkpoints).

The statistics and the cloud for the report, the fact that the report is redirected to the right department easily.

Sometimes there are a few things on the app that could be better. When you start a report, you have to finish it before starting another one.

The user interface is certainly the thing I like best about TrackTik. There is some flexibility in how I configure Sites and Zones but following the suggestions of the TrackTik trainers worked for us.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

Certain things like uploading site and checkpoint data was not so great. I would have loved to be able to upload the full set of fields as opposed to just the name. It forced me to have to go in and edit each record individually.

TrackTik solves the problem of us having to use a paper form to report incidents and summarize our rounds

It's great to have an all in one solution to my scheduling and reporting needs. Hoping to use more features of the software over time to serves broader company needs.

It's not necessarily the best at any one category that we use it for (scheduling and reporting) however it is a great option for a fully integrated system.

We needed a platform that primarily would integrate our scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting processes. Tracktik does this, and in addition allows us valuable tracking features to ensure accountability.

Very difficult to be able extract information in comprehensive report formats. The information is captured there within the software, but requires multiple reports with difficulty to extract information. Reports are customisable for clients but very limited for administrators

There is a delay in support being in Australia. Because our setup is unique there can be issues with support staff not being aware of our requirements. However, most iof our support has been outstanding.

Comprehensive tracking of officers in the field
Incident reporting
The client portal has reduced our needs and requirements for frequent client meetings and interactions. The client is able to obtain all of their information within the portal and they save time by not needing to contact us for individual questions. Client meeting focus has moved from discussing individual incidents and more about building relationships.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

TrackTik helps find information for different Officers, including phone numbers, addresses, skills and qualifications, schedules, and more. I use them all day, every day, for so many other things, but I use them the most for the actual clock in and outs and verifying officer hours, breaks, and meals.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

I am relatively new to this job, so I have not encountered any obstacles or downsides to TrackTik yet. I would say the only weird thing is that when I am assigning employees for a meeting for 30-day reviews, I have to refresh the screen and start the main screen for their name to show up under employees for final designation; not a big deal, though, adds one or two more steps.

Schedules, meetings, hours, employee information, qualifications, employee picture, rest/meal breaks, client information, billing, invoicing, terminated employees, etc

It's in one system that is very easy to navigate; it allows you to do multiple functions within one system. The time and attendance module makes it easy to track payroll and billing under the same system. With the guard tour module managers are able to know exactly what there people are doing.

It is very poorly optimized for mobile applications when using the system with administrator permissions, it would be great if this was corrected by optimizing for use on a mobile device.

Time and Attendance allow us to track payroll and billing accurately. It also allows us to keep track of our employees and notify our clients about what is happening on their shifts.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

TrackTik makes it easy for us to track our employee's activity on a site to ensure that everyone remains accountable for their shift times and responsibilities. TrackTik also makes it easy to fill out documentation (shift logs, incident reports, etc.) all from within the app to make reporting to upper management quick and seamless no matter where we are deployed geographically. This is a huge win for us as we have been able to cut back on our use of print/paper and can now rely almost exclusively on digital files.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

TrackTik is a very sophisticated software that comes with a steep learning curve. Because the software has so many functionalities, it can meet a wide variety of needs, but it doesn't come easy to those who are not already competent with computer software/apps.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracktik has streamlined our reporting process, allowing us to eliminate paper/print products almost completely. It also allows us to keep better track of our employees' productivity/accountability while on duty.

We have been with Trak Tik for a long time and built a great working relationship.  The support and creativity are always there when you need them, and the systems' ability is constantly evolving.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

It can be technical for some end users when building customized reports in data labs.  They do have good support and solutions for those who need it, which is helpful.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trak Tik does a fantastic job of producing accountability for your clients.  Visitor management is also invaluable when providing access control to residential or industrial clients.

I enjoy how user-friendly it is. The interface is easy to work with and makes sense. It has great workflows, and you can get to anywhere you need from your dashboard.

I have not come across anything that I do not like about TrackTik. I wish there were more platforms that would be as efficient and easy to use. I have also never run into any issues with getting the help I need which is a major plus!

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

TrackTik is a full-service, end-to-end, integrated, multi-platform, security operations management suite. The product is flexible, scalable and affordable. It gives Guards, Field/Account Management, Home Office Management and Client Portal access features that are second to none. The product is powerful at the onset and the Development teams are always ready to improve the product to fit more markets and offer more features. Support is excellent!

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

There isn't anything that I don't like about TtackTik. As an early adopter, I've witnessed the remarkable development from what was already a great company to something that appears more resource-rich to the point that there are more features and capabilities in the software than I have time to take advantage of.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The checkpoints help us monitor the movements of our staff while providing documentation of what area was toured and when. We also utilize TrackTik to document incidents.

I like the Scheduling and the Invoicing; It would be nice if I could get it to sync with my Quickbooks.

I have been charged for two different plans for two mounts that I never received and overcharged for additional licenses that I never used. I complained to billing, but no one ever contacted me; it's been three weeks now and the only thing I received was this review.

None, I cant get them to call me in order to solve my issues.

Scheduling tool is solid. Mobile management is very effective. Route optimization is a good feature. Some weaknesses on overtime management.

- Permissions are difficult to apply. 
- Too many back-door way to get around clearnaces

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

TrackTik has all the functions that a security company needs to get started or increase efficiency in their operarations.
TrackTik Mobile allows you to manage guards, patrols, and tours. TrackTik's back-office functions help with scheduling, billing, and payroll.
I started off using TrackTik Mobile, but if I had known about the Back Office Suite, I would have done that a long time ago.
I was able to consolidate a lot of functions and software by using TrackTik.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

Some settings and features can be hard to find or figure out on your own.
But, for the most part, it's intuitive.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to consolidate a lot of functions using TrackTik's software. I had different software for scheduling that would not calculate OT, DOT, Holiday pays. The time-card verification in the previous software I used was also inefficient and time-consuming. 
With the billing and payroll function, I have cut down on billing and payroll data entry from 4-6 hours to about 30 minutes.

I would normally say I dislike the time zone difference, but I've never found an issue with contacting a member of the TrackTik team.

Definitely contact a team member from TrackTik. You will not regret it! They have been such an incredible resource for our company.

We are solving a lot of end-user errors. On top of all of the features and benefits that the TrackTik program has to offer, I have realized we have a partner with TrackTik as well. They are always so eager to help us solve our issues!

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

TrackTik is 100% designed with Security Companies in mind.  The scheduling portion is intuitive and meets or exceeds our needs on many levels.  The guard tour app is easy to use and offers a wide variety of customizations that give us the flexibility to tailor our services for specific customers.  TrackTik's trainers (we worked closely with Jose Ceppi) and tech support and knowledgeable about their product, our industry, and the various laws and regulations that can make our job difficult.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

At times, the website can be a little glitchy but IT has been quick to respond and fix any issues.  I wish there was a built-in/native parking program in TrackTik and that all the features TrackTik offers were available to all customers with paywalls.  Some features, such as New Task Dispatch, would benefit from customization options on our end.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, timekeeping, CRM, employee profiles (i.e. phone numbers, emails, certifications), and guard reporting.

**What do you like best about TrackTik?**

My operations manager loves the scheduling feature.  My boss loves that we can prove to our customers where our Officers were at a specific point in time.  I love the payroll help.  Anytime I have a question, I can call or email, and they answer or respond in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about TrackTik?**

My biggest pet peeve is with scheduling.  If someone clocks in outside an allowed time frame, the time punches appear in "unplanned shifts". I then have to go to the live schedule, find where said person's scheduled shift was, open the shift, click do not bill, do not pay, save (which closes the window), find the shift and open it again, unassign the employee from the shift, save again.  Go to unplanned shifts, and if I am lucky, there will now be a button that says "Create Shift".
The main website is not mobile friendly - so if changes need to be made you need a laptop or computer, because you will not be able to physically access what you need on a phone or tablet screen.

**Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:**

Let them help you with setup; unless you have 1-3 other people you trust at work to help you set up.  It took so long because I was the only one entering ALL the information of our clients, and setting up routes etc... Pay the extra money, send the info to TrackTik and let them do it.

**What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrackTik saves us so much time when it comes to scheduling and changing schedules.  Our customers love that they receive Incident Reports within 24 hours, instead of waiting until the end of the month for someone to type them and email them out.  We also get notifications when it is about time for our employees to renew driver's licenses and security licenses and whatever else we want to put in there that would have an expiration date.

I like that there is the ability to write reports through the application as well as the layout of these reports when downloaded

There are a few integrations that would be extremely useful that they do not have in the works. This includes even just a simple notification sent to management via email when a staff member picks up a shift in open shifts.

Keep in mind this is not a user friendly application and will need a lot of time to implement and train staff on

We have been saving money with Tracktik as we don't need to have three applications with a monthly fee , all three things can be done through Tracktik. It is beneficial to have digital reports that we can access, live at our finger tips

Everything is an add-on ($$$), so many users do not full benefits of this application because it becomes too expensive. In the security industry, our department is always the last one to receive a budget and is the first to be cut.
