What do you like best about TrackTik?

What do you dislike about TrackTik?

The company ignores customer feedback, raises prices like crazy, and FORCES you into a term contract with no month-to-month option. Tracktik has doubled in price over the last five years, and it’s becoming too expensive. On top of that, their customer service isn’t helpful, and the billing is a nightmare. They’ve accidentally taken too much money numerous times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?

They create more problems than they solve. We just got a 30% increase (about $450 per month) with no change to our plan. They raised the prices, and they also don’t give much notice for increases—we had about four weeks to either sign their new contract or find a new provider.

On top of that, administrators still can’t properly access TrackTik in a web browser. Yes, it loads, but it isn’t usable. We’re a 24/7 business, and having access to TrackTik shouldn’t mean I need to keep my laptop available 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
