BE AWARE of "auto renew" Tracktik do not contact you to let you know that your contract is ending and it is on auto renew on all contracts. The price inflates by 7% and you're tied in to another contract for the same period as your last period. so if you're on a 1 year period you are then tied to another year. Tracktiks answer to this is "TOUGH" even though the terms by government definition are "unfair terms"
There are many features that do not work, and if you bring it to their attention they just dismiss it. Nothing gets fixed.
Customer service - what customer service! You are just a number to them and they actually don't care about you or your business. You can submit an enquiry but don't expect a reply. their excuse for this is that they're having changes internally regarding who deals with what.
