Great for keeping track of over-time hours worked. **What do you dislike about TrackTik?** Limited amount of reports and or report customization available. Tried pulling a report for the email addresses that we had on file, however we had issues with finding that specific report. Had to go as far as reaching out to customer support. **Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:** Provide more flexibility and options for running reports. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Issues with out Over-time are more accessible and easier to identify the root cause. ### 3. It was point and click. The rest of the product needs work. **What do you dislike about TrackTik?** It's over sold. Some of the features absolutely DO NOT work as demonstrated! The NFC tags were okay but the GPS tags never worked for us. The remote access feature never worked on either IOS or Android devices. The setup is labor intensive but that aside things just didn't work as they were advertised. After testing it and finding problem after problem when we gave them notice of cancellation and they hit us with a 3 month penalty. There is more to list but I'm not wasting my time. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this product at all. I'm the President of Global Security Services, we have about a 140 officers across five states. **Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:** Don't do it. I have spoken with others who shared similar concerns with the product so it's not an isolated problem. It has potential if they actually fix the stuff that doesn't work but I'm not holding my breath. I don't normally do reviews but I want others to benefit from my bad experience. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. It was over sold. We cancelled. ### 4. All employee logs can be seen in real time through silvertracker **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use silvertrac to log security and maintenance issues. ### 6. I can use timekeeping for my employees, track hours worked, time off requests, keep track of reports created by individual employees. I can easily view most everything. **What do you dislike about TrackTik?** Payroll feature with paid or unpaid lunch doesn't calculate properly. Terminate employee exists but a Suspension button doesn't which would remove an employee from being accessed for work for a certain period of time. Time off requests don't remove an employee from already scheduled shifts for that time frame. Terminate when viewing Employee Settings is directly next to View shifts. Our payroll processing time has quadrupled since the system is flawed. **Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:** If they would fix the bugs mentioned, it would make a WORLD of difference. My team spends close to 25 hours a week manually adjusting and calculating payroll because this system is flawed and they refuse to fix it. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's got everything all rolled into one. HR platform, payroll functions, workforce management. It needs to be fixed with the above issues and then it will be much better. ### 7. Many platforms that come in handy! **What do you dislike about TrackTik?** Sometimes it will freeze up. Other than that there is nothing I dislike. Excellent application. **Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:** Awesome application for security and several other applications. Easy to use, easy to navigate, and excellent customer service! We wouldn't survive if we didn't have it. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Heightened security perimeters, Quicker training time with ease of use. There really aren't too many programs out there that make payroll a real hassle, so it's not like it's a hard feat, but Valiant also isn't anything super special. **What do you dislike about TrackTik?** I don't dislike anything specifically. Nothing really stands out as an annoyance or hinderance to the log-in, time card keeping and, hour tracking, ect. But like previously mentioned, it also doesn't stand out as "the best payroll system" either. **Recommendations to others considering TrackTik:** It's a fine system to work with, nothing super special and nothing specific to complain about. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** No true problems are being solved because if we needed to, we could keep track of hours and pay by pen and paper like back in "the old days." However, its a great benefit to have everything in one system and online (which makes it accessible to all parties needing access at any moment). ### 10. Be prepared for training fees. **What problems is TrackTik solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracktik provides GPS tracking on all my officers in order to ensure officers are on property. ### 11.
