Since the platform is relatively new, you can expect a few minor hiccups here and there. Small UI glitches show up occasionally—for example, the sorting indicator doesn’t always appear even though the sorting itself works. A while back, the trends section displayed incorrect numbers, but once I reported it, the team fixed it quickly. I love Trackocity’s interface and usability, especially the friendly UI and UX of the whole platform, which make it incredibly user-friendly. The best thing about trackocity is how it helps us track the backend conversions on the Ad level. Most of the time when the facebook or google dashboard shows a conversion, it might not be accurate. But with trackocity, you can find out the exact customer journey, which Ad they came from - which creative is giving the best result, Ai generated summary of campaigns & suggestions. I’ve been using Trackocity for my Meta ad campaigns and I’m extremely happy with how it tracks the full customer journey. The tool clearly shows which ad a user clicked first (first click attribution), which ad led to the final conversion (last click attribution), and even all the ads a user interacted with in between Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

as you know meta and google tracking is not accurate . so we used to spend money on non performing ads because of fb and google trackig . After using tarckocity from last 5month we see growth in profit and ROAS .Helps to optimise and get more results . Also Ankur one on one support and new updates make it more simple and easy .
