We are based in India and the tool is also built in India, which is a great thing. The support is instant, because its fairly a new tool, but I don't think more customers will impact the support in any negative way. Coming to the best part, the tool is created for accurate data tracking and it does it very well. I can see which ad from which adset and which campaing is performing for me. I can switch from Fb ads data to Google ads data in one click. The pricing is very competitive, I mean I can easily afford this for my business in comparison to other tools like Hyros, and Triple whale. They provide all the necessary integration as well. I use Razorpay and Pabbly for automations, and it has both the integrations available. **What do you dislike about Trackocity?** Its not perfect yet, given that its fairly new, there are some bugs in this tool. Like the sorting option works but the sort sign doesn't show up sometime. The trends data was showing up wrong some days before so I contacted the support team. Now, its fixed at the time I am writing this review. There are some bugs that come time and again but nothing critical that can harm the data and impact our optimisation. **What problems is Trackocity solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we were facing was conversion tracking. Fb ads dashboard doesn't show you the correct data, doesn't matter you have pixel or CAPI in place. It will show you deflated or inflated data. And its not ideal for optimisation. We tried using Google analytics and Looker studio, but no luck. Trackocity helped us in that area pretty well. It took us around 30 minutes to integrate everything and understand the tool's dashboards and stuff, and the data started filling up. The next day we checked where the data was coming from, and it showed us down to the ad level for our conversion data. And we optimised the ads accordingly. As a result, we started hitting our targetes and our profit increased. All of it happened because of accurate conversion tracking which Trackocity did for us.
