Trackocity stands out for one primary reason: its conversion tracking is unbelievably accurate. Whether it’s Facebook Ads or Google Ads, the data matches perfectly and gives us a true picture of what’s working. As a business based in India, it’s great to see a homegrown tool delivering this level of reliability. Their support team is fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful—every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded almost instantly.
Switching between FB and Google insights takes just a click, and the layout is clean and easy to understand. The pricing is also a huge plus. Compared to tools like Hyros or Triple Whale, Trackocity offers the essential tracking features at a fraction of the cost. The integrations we needed—especially Razorpay and Pabbly—were already available, which made onboarding super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since the platform is relatively new, you can expect a few minor hiccups here and there. Small UI glitches show up occasionally—for example, the sorting indicator doesn’t always appear even though the sorting itself works. A while back, the trends section displayed incorrect numbers, but once I reported it, the team fixed it quickly. None of these issues affect the core tracking, and nothing has disrupted our optimization, but there’s still room for refinement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
