What do you like best about tracezilla?

Tracezilla provides a single, intuitive platform that lets us manage our entire operation in one place, including purchasing, inventory, production, quality control, traceability, and sales.

As a food ingredients company, reliable batch tracking and accurate documentation are fundamental for us. With Tracezilla, we have immediate access to stock levels, production status, and complete product histories, which helps us work more efficiently and make well-informed decisions. What do you dislike about tracezilla?

The disadvantages are that there are many customization opportunities, but they require more in-depth programming knowledge that isn’t readily available within the system. Also, the forecasting module is not suited to our line of business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tracezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracezilla enables us to manage purchasing, inventory, production, quality, sales, and batch traceability across multiple SKUs and locations within one integrated platform.

The system has strengthened our traceability, improved inventory control, and made production, order, and quality documentation easier to find and access. This saves considerable administrative time, and several features such as certificate handling supports compliance with our IFS Broker certification requirements, and helps us respond to customers more quickly and professionally.

What do you like best about tracezilla?

Tracezilla is 100% integrated into our other systems and the onboarding and later support was and is very professional. Tracezilla is easy to understand and work with across our business functions and we have 100% uptime. In general, Tracezilla is AI supporting and future-proof ensuring best practice for a low price. Ehhhh... nothing really.

You need to know your own business to fully utilize Tracezilla, but you never stops getting new possibilities for improvement.

What problems is tracezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracezilla is for us (and now in different companies) the core system.

Our other systems (Finance, WMS, TMS) all are standard integrated into Tracezilla.

Therefore Tracezilla owns the masterdata and with the multiple features and functions gathered in Tracezilla everything can be done by Tracezilla alone or with Tracezilla as the core.

Further, Tracezilla enable the configuration of workflows and digitalized controls which we have used following the implementation to keep improve and grow - and improve quality, data and real-time action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
