Tracezilla is easy to understand and work with across our business functions and we have 100% uptime. In general, Tracezilla is AI supporting and future-proof ensuring best practice for a low price. **What do you dislike about tracezilla?** Ehhhh... nothing really. You need to know your own business to fully utilize Tracezilla, but you never stops getting new possibilities for improvement. Therefore the flexibility in Tracezilla, which may be overwhelming to some, is one of the strong benefits. **What problems is tracezilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracezilla is for us (and now in different companies) the core system. Our other systems (Finance, WMS, TMS) all are standard integrated into Tracezilla. Therefore Tracezilla owns the masterdata and with the multiple features and functions gathered in Tracezilla everything can be done by Tracezilla alone or with Tracezilla as the core. Further, Tracezilla enable the configuration of workflows and digitalized controls which we have used following the implementation to keep improve and grow - and improve quality, data and real-time action. -
