**What do you like best about Touchless Lending®?**

I really appreciate how Touchless Lending® automates document review and data validation, which helps eliminate manual bottlenecks in underwriting. I like that it reduces errors and speeds up loan processing. The AI is fast, consistent, and integrates cleanly, which removes manual review and keeps files moving fast. These tools drive speed, accuracy, and efficiency. I also find it very easy to use and would recommend others to use it.

**What do you dislike about Touchless Lending®?**

Some advanced configurations are still behind, and the automated workflows and vendor support need improvement.
