They do not hesitate to assist with any question and don't try to upsell in an obnoxious manner. The team is responsive in a timely manner and provides great insight into what might be a great add-on to the tools currently in play. The Point of Sale product that we utilize has truly been a gamechanger in how our customers and associates interact. **What do you dislike about Maxwell?** Not really a downside of Maxwell, they are adding upgrades as quickly as they are able. Trying to align our organizational readiness to the upgrades is challenging but as everyone is patient, great things transpire. **What problems is Maxwell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Utilizing this product provided greater insight into customer usage, the ability to live chat and the ease of uploading documents into the secure site has truly been a gamechanger overall. Our online applications have improved with the intuitive nature of the design and as we add more products, the benefits continue to expand. ### 3. The system is seamless and Maxwell's support team is very respoinsive. **What do you dislike about Maxwell?** I would like the ability to further customize borrower tasking, but overall the general templates work just fine. **What problems is Maxwell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maxwell's Point of Sale is our customer facing portal that allows our borrowers to complete an easy online mortgage application and seamlessly upload support documentation. The user interface is smooth and straightforward. They also provide software updates time-to-time. **What do you dislike about Maxwell?** Although, all the features work perfectly. The application filter is not as smooth as it should sometimes; it hangs, and I have to restart it repeatedly. I think they will solve this with future updates. **What problems is Maxwell solving and how is that benefiting you?** The loan officer is helping us review applications online with my higher authorities and also helps process applications fast and securely.
