What do you like best about Maxwell?

Maxwell’s Point of Sale System streamlines the entire mortgage application process. Borrowers can apply online, upload documents securely, and e-sign everything – all in one place. The user-friendly interface makes the whole mortgage journey smooth sailing for our borrowers. They have 24/7 access to track their progress and get clear communication every step of the way. What do you like best about Maxwell?

The team at Maxwell is incredible. They do not hesitate to assist with any question and don't try to upsell in an obnoxious manner. The team is responsive in a timely manner and provides great insight into what might be a great add-on to the tools currently in play. What do you dislike about Maxwell?

Not really a downside of Maxwell, they are adding upgrades as quickly as they are able. Trying to align our organizational readiness to the upgrades is challenging but as everyone is patient, great things transpire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Maxwell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Utilizing this product provided greater insight into customer usage, the ability to live chat and the ease of uploading documents into the secure site has truly been a gamechanger overall. Maxwell helps us obtain complete applications by making it easy for our clients to upload documents, pay for the appraisal, and to stay current on their loan status.

We have used maxwell for over 5 years, and it has helped us increase our business and provide great service.

What do you like best about Maxwell?

What do you dislike about Maxwell?
