The platform is intuitive, which limits the amount of time you need to spend training to use it. Clients love it because the time line keeps track of progress and helps the borrower stay organized- which we all know is not always as easy as it could be. Saves so much time- which allows me to focus more on our primary business, Investment Real Estate - I can offer end buyers low rates, ease of execution and create a secondary revenue stream. Time kills deals and Realfinity's AI shortens timeline, no more labor intensive processing, they deliver quick analysis of income, credit and asset to make fast credit decisions for our clients. Win, win for everyone! We will never do a deal off platform again- it would be like going back to the stone age! **What do you dislike about Realfinity Origination Platform?** I haven't found any issues as of yet, Likely a result of their constant R&D to make improvements **What problems is Realfinity Origination Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me it allows the client to own part of the process, they can see status in real time. They are reminded of tasks that need to be completed and it is very user friendly for them- easy upload of docs and it gives them a lockbox to store those docs for future use. We do flips in the Houston and DFW markets, when were are selling retail our affiliation with realfinity allows us to offer the most competitive products and rates while retaining control of the transaction. Buyer love it and so do we- the commissions are just another added value to our ROI. We think of Realfinity as the backbone of our mortgage business, their platform runs the factory that handles loan processing and underwriting all the way through funding! ### 2. Finding a platform that actually makes my job easier instead of more complicated is a rare thing. The Realfinity platform is something new and innovative designed specifically for that. It helps me manage both sides of my business as a Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer without having to jump between different systems. Everything is in one place which saves me a lot of time and helps me keep everything better organized. The Home Dashboard is my favorite feature as it allows the client to go on their own, do calculations, see updated and historical interest rates. Also, the fact that the client can have their own portal with access to their property value and loan options is a huge plus. Before, I would get a lot of calls from clients asking me what was next, what stage of the process they were in, what documents they needed, etc. Now they can log in and see everything for themselves. It makes them feel more in control and makes my life easier too. **What do you dislike about Realfinity Origination Platform?** Overall I am very satisfied with the platform, it makes my life easier and also gives the client the possibility to do everything online. It would probably be good if it included a link where the client could choose to submit an application with a direct link instead of just being able to be sent by someone within the system. **What problems is Realfinity Origination Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before working with the Realfinity platform, I felt like there wasn't really a system in which I could organize everything that was truly designed for my profession. I always had to adapt other systems to my profession which made it very cumbersome and time consuming. Now, everything is in one place and it's much more organized. The process is simpler, I save time and I can focus more on helping people instead of dealing with technical issues or lost tools.
