The Realfinity platform is something new and innovative designed specifically for that. It helps me manage both sides of my business as a Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer without having to jump between different systems. Everything is in one place which saves me a lot of time and helps me keep everything better organized.

The Home Dashboard is my favorite feature as it allows the client to go on their own, do calculations, see updated and historical interest rates. Also, the fact that the client can have their own portal with access to their property value and loan options is a huge plus. Before, I would get a lot of calls from clients asking me what was next, what stage of the process they were in, what documents they needed, etc. Now they can log in and see everything for themselves. It would probably be good if it included a link where the client could choose to submit an application with a direct link instead of just being able to be sent by someone within the system.
