**What do you like best about TotalABA?**

This tool is well thought out. It allows you to manage various aspects: practice management, data collection, reporting, billings options, parent portal. During the deployment, we encountered some difficulties and the support was very reactive.

**What do you dislike about TotalABA?**

I think the ergonomics of the software could be improved. I also found the plans and reporting tools inflexible. This is a point to improve.

**What problems is TotalABA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have dematerialized the administrative management of a therapist.
