The onboarding process was very hands on and we continue to receive a ton of support to make sure we are receiving as much value as possible. The user experience is very intuitive for both myself as the advisor and the clients I invite to use the platform. I receive helpful insights automatically that I can use to support conversations with my clients and untap new ways to engage with them on a deeper level. I've run into trouble in the past with inviting other family members to join an existing family - it wasn't clear the best way to do this and the resources didn't specifically cover this. I honestly don’t see any real downsides to Total Family. Building out and “onboarding” everything Total Family has to offer can take a while, but conversations around legacy, values, and related topics aren’t meant to be rushed or wrapped up in a short stint.
