The user experience is very intuitive for both myself as the advisor and the clients I invite to use the platform. I receive helpful insights automatically that I can use to support conversations with my clients and untap new ways to engage with them on a deeper level. KinAI is a useful feature that helps me craft communications, answer questions, and learn more about how to use the platform in specific use cases. **What do you dislike about Total Family?** I've run into trouble in the past with inviting other family members to join an existing family - it wasn't clear the best way to do this and the resources didn't specifically cover this. However, support was prompt and resolved my issue quickly. I can't say that there's anything I truly dislike about Total Family. **What problems is Total Family solving and how is that benefiting you?** Total Family is helping to support legacy conversations with clients as a value add to our core services in a scalable way. It's helping to deepen engagement with existing clients, provide insights into the values of prospective clients to support rich conversations around purpose, and is helping us meet younger generations of a client's family. ### 2. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive to use. The ability to add photos, milestone and legacy letters all in one vault **What do you dislike about Total Family?** I honestly don’t see any real downsides to Total Family. Building out and “onboarding” everything Total Family has to offer can take a while, but conversations around legacy, values, and related topics aren’t meant to be rushed or wrapped up in a short stint. **What problems is Total Family solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing a resource for clients that many want, but don't know how to do or start. Kin, the AI chatbot is a tremendous resource for not only advisor but clients to ask questions and browse the vast library that Total Family has created ### 3.
