# Which employee perks platforms prevent low adoption and sustained disengagement after initial launch?

Hi G2 users! We launched a perks program about six months ago and the drop-off has been real. I've been looking into which employee perks platforms prevent low adoption and sustained disengagement after initial launch before we decide whether to switch tools or rethink the program entirely. A few from the employee perks software category that stand out for sustained engagement:

Vantage Circle (4.7/5, 10,887 reviews): Recognition, rewards, and wellness in one platform give employees multiple reasons to keep coming back rather than logging in once and going quiet.

Wellable (4.7/5, 1,174 reviews): Structured wellness challenges and team competitions create a recurring participation cadence that static discount catalogs rarely sustain.

Perkbox (4.5/5, 333 reviews): Regular catalog updates and a recognition layer give employees a reason to return beyond the launch window. Does catalog freshness actually drive re-engagement or does novelty wear off regardless?

Corporate Traditions (4.9/5, 31 reviews): Milestone and calendar-driven recognition creates predictable engagement rather than relying on employees to self-initiate.

Compt (4.8/5, 62 reviews): Stipend model means employees engage when a personal need arises rather than waiting to be nudged. Does self-directed engagement produce better long-term adoption than a curated catalog?

Which of these have you seen maintain strong adoption past the three-month mark? And was it a platform feature or an internal communications effort that made the real difference?

Platforms with recognition moments, wellness challenges, milestone prompts, personalized stipends, or regularly refreshed benefits give employees more reasons to return after launch.

That said, internal communication is often the deciding factor. The best results tend to come when HR and managers keep the program visible through onboarding, team rituals, reminders, and clear examples of how employees can use the benefits.
