Total Family offers simple annual pricing for wealth advisors and RIAs. There are two ways to start: a Free advisor plan with no expiration, or the Premium advisor license at $5,000 per advisor, per year, which can begin with a 30-day free trial.
Premium Advisor License: $5,000 per advisor, per year
Premium is an annual license for one advisor. There is no cap on how many families or clients an advisor can invite under their Premium license, so cost only increases when a firm adds another advisor. Every Premium license includes:
Vision, for building shared family purpose and direction
Milestones, for tracking multi-generational planning progress
Legacy Letters, for preserving family stories and intent
KinAI, the advisor and family knowledge assistant
The Advisor Academy and Advisor Resource Library
A white-labeled client experience under your firm's brand
Ongoing platform updates at no additional cost
Free Trial: 30 days
Advisors can start a 30-day free trial of the full Premium license. A credit card is required, and the account continues on Premium at $5,000 per advisor, per year unless canceled before the trial ends.
Free Advisor Plan: $0
A basic version of the platform that does not expire. Free accounts can invite team members, use free advisor resources, and complete an advisor portal review. Free accounts cannot invite client families.
Firm-Wide and Enterprise Pricing
Firms licensing more than 25 advisors at once are quoted through Enterprise, based on advisor licenses and rollout scope. Contact hello@totalfamily.io for firm-wide pricing.
