**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

The Kanban board provides clear visualisation of tasks, making work easier to track and manage. Being able to view this by different filters makes tracking with resources helpful

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

We have come onboard during the transition to the new UI, we want to solely use the new UI, there is some functionality that still does not work.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are hoping that TopLeft will help us visually see how over or under utilised a resource is and what is on their plate.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

Easy visualization of ConnectWise tickets, and workloads. Easy project tracking. Customization of boards/views isn't complicated.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

They're working to pull even more features in from platforms like ConnectWise. I wish they already had them, but these things take time. They seem to be working quickly, though.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specifically for me, they're working on allowing individual "swimlanes" (rows) to be pinned which will make ticket dispatching very fluid. They're also working on pulling over the standard notes which will make templated notes a breeze.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

Topleft has allowed me to visualize the project management module from our CRM Connectwise. It has provided Kanban boards where there were none and allowed us to track projects in a more efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Like any software there are bugs from time to time that cause issues with how we are use to using the software. The upside is that the TopLeft team is very responsive and are very quick to review and resolve issues.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved the clunkiness of Connectwise and their project management module by creating a more visual space. This improves producitivity and understanding of where projects are at in their lifecycle.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

I have to ability to not only auto-prioritize my Helpdesk Tier I-III, but I can also set boundaries around Connectwise SLAs inside the product so that if they are close to breaching, they get notified. It's opened up options for running my Helpdesk in a very different way, and we've seen marked efficiency and performance increase since implementing.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Some features missing which require frequent return to the default Connectwise UI. This is being actively worked on, though, so it's certainly getting better.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prioritizing Connectwise Tickets automatically based on a set range of metrics.

Having it be really customizable is both a bennifet and deterant.  If we didn't get the onboarding with TopLeft we would have been a little lost.

Visulization of the work and how it flows through our processes.

Very easy to use and very intuitive. It revolutionized our team huddles and task prioritization.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

I wish it could support additional platforms. Also a search feature would be helpful.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large volumes of tickets and work can really cause overwhelm. TopLeft organizes work into very visible priorities and in one glance I can see what needs to be done next and what can wait or be delegated. It really helped our team visualize what to work on each day.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

TopLeft has been a wonderful visualization tool for our non-technical or managerial staff. Rather than looking at long lists of projects and tasks, they are able to see color-coded and simple views of where a project is!

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Expensively licensed in a per-user model. If a technician/engineer is not licensed within TopLeft, you do not see any of their tasks that have been assigned to them. It gets spendy quick.

Visualizing ConnectWise projects and Tasks.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

Love the ability to simplify the need to prioritize around priority, ticket age, type and other areas in one view, without consulting multiple dashboards/widgets.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Currently, the system only allows us to see 1 type of activities with Autotask, tickets or projects. While that works today, we were hoping to use the tool to complement the lack of manageability of AT project management system, too.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We deployed Autotask in 2007 and have a long history with the tool. The vendor has added widgets and capabilities over the years, but we still struggle easily seeing the nooks and crannies of tickets across the multiple views. This was we can customize views with multiple factors, instead of having to compare multiple widgets. We've been able to better ensure we are leveling production and focusing on flow left to right. We cleared out a 1,000 hours backlog in a few months.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

TopLeft allows us to visualize our team's workload and allows our service coordinator to control the flow of work to each tech which has dramatically improved our ticket flow and lowered our backlog to on average less than 8 hours. We could not accomplish the level of work we're accomplishing without it.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

The thing I like least about TopLeft is respositioning tickets, if the queue is longer than your browser window it's awkward to arrange them other than pushing them to the top. I'd like to see the option of moving a ticket to a specific spot in the queue A "Send to Position" option where you can specify a position number.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TopLeft is allowing us to see our service bottlenecks, and control the flow of work. This allows us to efficiently assign out tasks to technicians and reassign if things start to back up in a tech's queue. This allows us to continually respond to client requests and prevent tickets from being lost or going stale.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

I love being able to visualize my team's workload with a quick glance, plus the color coding on a card  informs us when we are nearing a SLA or action is needed.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Noting to dislike, it provides me with the information needed.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A visual representation of the tickets, status and if there are any blockers. This allows us to assign or reassign tickets when technicians are available and not allow for tickets to get backed up or go stale. We have daily team huddles to collaborate and discuss improvements.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

The colour coding and thresholds allows our team to zero in on what's important or getting overdue, and take action before things get out of SLAs.

We couldn't find another product that integrates as well as Topleft into ConnectWise.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

The product does what it promises and more.
The more is not useful to everyone, so additional module pricing is welcomed.

Easily seeing blockers
Allowing our clients to see what's outstanding on their end for our projects

Easy to use and understand, and the customer service is top-notch.

This app is always being updated with new features added. I have no complaints.

A visual representation of open tickets is much easier for the technicians to see what their day consists of at a glance - making it easier for them to complete tickets and for management to track them.

Straight-forward implementation of Kanban for Project Management that is fully integrated with ConnectWise PSA!

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

Nothing to dislike - always adding improvements/features

We manage a lot of Projects (40 - 60 at a time) and TopLeft has proven to improve focus and save time capturing critical information needed to keep Projects on schedule!

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

It provides a visual overview of support tickets which makes interpretation very quick and easy. It is highly configurable and setting up the board as per your need is very easy, thanks for their robust development team.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

This tool is very good, no real downsides as such but the cost is a bit on the higher end which goes out of affordable range for small teams.

**Recommendations to others considering TopLeft:**

If you want card based dashboards to visualize the project, service and sales tickets for your team to easily identify if there are any bottlenecks in work completion or if they want to visualize then next thing to do then you must try Kanban for ConnectWise.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no good Kanbanize tool available to visualize the ConnectWise board due to which visualizing the data was not possible at all. Now that the team has this official Kanban for ConnectWise available, it has drastically improved the visualization ability of tickets which was long sought

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

I would recommend this product to any company that is considering moving their helpdesk environment to an Agile Service Delivery entity. The board is highly configurable and the developers are very easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to get you set up the way you want your board to work.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

We are currently experiencing the occasional delays in screen refreshes and find ourselves waiting 10 to 15 seconds for our data to save or refresh. Acknowledging that this software is the primary tool we use to run our business, eliminating those pauses would be ideal.

**What problems is TopLeft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage's GUI is fantastic and easy to use.
Makes it very simple to create support tickets and organize them.
The different boards in Manage are what really make this product great.
Being able to lay everything out and easily organize to our liking is a huge plus!
Being customer friendly is another aspect I like.

**What do you like best about TopLeft?**

I like its capability to visualize different types of tickets into card based system, same like how you can see different lists of cards in Trello. It helps understand the data effectively.

**What do you dislike about TopLeft?**

There is no negative thing about this tool so nothing to say in this section.

Kanban for ConnectWise helps our team to collaborate efficiently despite being in different geolocations and timezones. I personally love the UI of this tool which is very modern, intuitive and easy to use.
