Recommendations to others considering Topic:
I would advise you to take your time -> get the hang of it by using the content research process to its full potential. Go through different topics, and, try to identify your main keyword / parent topic, rather than focusing on smaller volume, super long-tail keywords. The tool is smart enough to work with the parent topic (especially if you're on a lower credits plan). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Topic solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we found Topic we were looking to generate content outlines that we can hand off to our writers. Since implementing Topic into our workflow, we are creating outlines at a much faster pace. The GPT-3 integration that Topic offers helps us to come up with titles/ descriptions and outline ideas in no time.
I've used the content optimization part sparingly until now. One of our top converting pieces (bringing dozens of subs per month), sadly sank to 10-11th from top 3. After optimizing it with Topic, in about a week we got back to top 3/4. So it proves that there's real merit to Topic's content optimizer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
