With any advanced, powerful platforms you will always need to invest time to learn how to use it. Over a decade of using it on various platforms and it has soldiered on quietly and without complaint. Whenever I had a question, the folks who create and maintain the software are extremely responsive even though I used the free version for quite a while. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** The sync button on the web version and the mobile version are a bit trickier to locate. Simply refreshing the entire window does not sync - sometimes I have lost a small amount of work by a mobile version overriding the web version. Its webpage is easy to navigate and works well, but even more importantly the app is seamlessly integrated and works perfectly. I have the plus plan and the customer support team is responsive to direct inquires/tickets. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** Tough to find out how to contact the customer support team. I use it everyday, it's responsive even with hundreds of tasks. Toodledo is suitable for basic and advanced users, customizable and full of features. After five years I compared Toodledo with its main competitors and still found it the best in class. Good integration with other apps and enviroments. After five years I never lost any of my data, it's reliable and saves me time and worries. User interface is almost dated, but new GUI is under developement. Customer support is very good. It's my daily task manager, and the only one I've stuck with over the years - and I've tried MANY. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** it's not the prettiest tool out there, but it gets the job done. Too many tools nowadays seem built for phones and tablets only, with a TON of white space - which on a desktop, is all wasted space. On Toodledo I can see a lot more tasks or lists than on many other tools, because the views are compact. Love it! **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** There's nothing I don't like about Toodledo, really. It would be nice to have a screenshot of a URL pop up when you hover over-top of URLs, in a task note or a list, like a tool tip. The application does a very good job for task management and offers a lost of options for the user to customize it to his own workflow and liking. The new owners are doing a very good job supporting the solution and making it evolve through time to remain competitive and relevant. It integrates well with many third party applications. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** Some new costumer might be turned off at the sight with the interface not being as flashy as some other solutions, but the capabilities remains as some of the best nevertheless. **What problems is Toodledo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work as Scrum master, as well as a senior quality assurance expert and coordinator, which brings me a lot of tasks to manage in parallel. On top of that, there is always personnal life that also bring its own load of tasks. The recurring feature is also highly flexible allowing me to choose certain weekdays and even specific days of the week, or even after an arbitrary number of days. It may not have the most modern interface, but it is rock solid. What I like most about Toodledo is that I can plan daily and more prolonged and recurring tasks. I also love that I no longer spend hours writing and rewriting task lists. Toodledo solves this problem for me. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** I cannot think of many things I don't like about this product. If I were to make one small change, I might make adding multiple tasks a little easier on the app interface. The UX is intuitive, elegant, and fully featured without bloat. It's perfect for implementing GTD and flexible enough to sort, tag, filter, visualize any way you'd like. Task creation is intuitive and natural (e.g. "/due next Friday" adds the appropriate due date for next Friday). And finally, it's visually appealing enough to make me enjoy using it. I've been a user for years at various increasing paid tiers and have found each one well worth it. **What do you dislike about Toodledo?** The "hotlist" automated sort is a little opaque (though sometimes helpful), but it's easy enough to create your own custom views. **What problems is Toodledo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick access to all of my tasks for capturing to-do's, reviewing them weekly, and triaging when I find snippets of time.
