Toodledo is a very practical tool for managing to-dos within a team. Tasks can be easily assigned, prioritized, and given due dates, making coordination and tracking significantly easier. It is straightforward to understand, setup and use and just works without glitches, especially the web version. Over a decade of using it on various platforms and it has soldiered on quietly and without complaint. The sync button on the web version and the mobile version are a bit trickier to locate. Simply refreshing the entire window does not sync - sometimes I have lost a small amount of work by a mobile version overriding the web version. I have since learned how to manage this. I've used Toodledo for over 10 years and it has been one of the best productivity and task-tracking systems that I've ever tried. Its webpage is easy to navigate and works well, but even more importantly the app is seamlessly integrated and works perfectly. After trying top task managers I found Toodledo the most complete and simple to use. I use it everyday, it's responsive even with hundreds of tasks. Toodledo is suitable for basic and advanced users, customizable and full of features. After five years I compared Toodledo with its main competitors and still found it the best in class. Good integration with other apps and enviroments. After five years I never lost any of my data, it's reliable and saves me time and worries. More than just tasks, it includes GTD features for checklist tracking, habit tracking, goal setting and monintoring, easy to use on multiple devices, and integrates with my calendar. And, the few times I've needed support they've been responsive. It's my daily task manager, and the only one I've stuck with over the years - and I've tried MANY. I'm always looking for tools that show a lot of information, making it easy to scan. Too many tools nowadays seem built for phones and tablets only, with a TON of white space - which on a desktop, is all wasted space. There's nothing I don't like about Toodledo, really. It would be nice to have a screenshot of a URL pop up when you hover over-top of URLs, in a task note or a list, like a tool tip. But that's not a need, more a want. 🙂 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
