Clear structures and it is not overloaded with features. I can use it on both PC and smartphone, as well as synchronize my calendars. So far, the service runs without problems. The support was also able to help me quickly when I had a question about my license.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I've been using Toodledo for several years and it remains one of the most reliable productivity tools I've ever used. I really like how easy it is to organise tasks, set priorities, track deadlines, and keep everything synchronised across my devices.

I have used Toodledo for years to manage complex multitasking in my work environment. Toodledo reduces my mental load by covering all aspects of multitasking: categorizing, prioritizing, handling multiple tasks at once, and sharing tasks. It also synchronizes with my calendar. I sync it with Pocket Informant, which is a great calendar, making the integration seamless.
