I have used Toodledo for years to manage complex multitasking in my work environment. Toodledo reduces my mental load by covering all aspects of multitasking: categorizing, prioritizing, handling multiple tasks at once, and sharing tasks. It also synchronizes with my calendar. I sync it with Pocket Informant, which is a great calendar, making the integration seamless.

It’s completely customizable. I’ve tried all of their competitors’ products. Toodledo is by far the most powerful and robust. I have been a customer since 2009. Recent interaction with their new ownership has shown that they are easy to reach, and are committed to their long-term customers!

Toodledo allows me to compile any and all ideas quickly and then to come back and assemble the project and to schedule and plan.
