This way, I can create projects and leave the scheduling to my team in a simple, straightforward way. They can just select the task and start recording it, and they can also see the schedule clearly. It's easy to use and implement, and we're planning to use it every day. **What do you dislike about Toggl Plan?** I wish I could switch calendar views and add more information about the project’s finances and rates for each member of my team without showing it to them. It would also be nice to set the view to the whole month or to weeks. I raised a support ticket once, and it was answered in a reasonable amount of time. **What do you dislike about Toggl Plan?** We were advised to migrate from Trello to Toggl Plan as it would support us with resource planning. We're a thirty-person team. This was the worst software decision of my career. We spent months training the team on Toggl, and slowly migrating projects across. It was only once we were into the platform that we saw the limitations. No private boards? No checklists on tasks (therefore, every task that has subtasks that need to be assigned to different people needs to be granularly broken down). No built-in email alerts when tasks change, or comments are added? The team hated using it. Toggle recently announced that Plan was changing to Focus. Pretty much the same platform but with a few of the problems sorted, and some others promised to be fixed in the future. Plan was going to change to Focus, and there was a specific date when everyone had to move across. The team worked late and hard to get ourselves ready for this enforced migration, then Toggl said it would no longer be enforced as the new Focus platform wasn't ready. We've lost so much time and money due to Toggl. I feel like the individuals behind the platform are incapable of running a software business. **What problems is Toggl Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** What Toggl tries to solve, and what it actually solves, are unrelated. The platform should help us resource our team better, but in actual fact, it wastes more of our time. We haven't been able to get the platform to a place where it could deliver benefits. The intuitive UI makes it easier for anyone to get familiar with all the available options. I also like the simplicity of the workflow. Apart from that, what makes Teamweek especially attractive is the generous free tier. For smaller teams upto 5 people, all the features are available in the free tier except some customisations. **What do you dislike about Toggl Plan?** Although the available options are adequate, I feel a lot of things could be added or improved. At times, it does feel like a work in progress. The features I would love to have are: - Better milestones: Currently, the milestones are pretty 'dumb'. They just serve as a sort of note on the timeline. An option to link them to a specific project is much needed. Also, they are visible in the timeline only with a thin line. As a person who uses milestones a lot and depend on them, I would love them to be changed so they are much more prominent. - A calendar view with milestones, I guess this is related to the previous point - Custom fields in the tasks input menu(this could be a pro feature) - A MUCH better Android app. Honestly, the current app is downright useless. **What problems is Toggl Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teamweek has helped me in projecting and streamlining my team's work load. It has made juggling multiple projects with overlapping target dates much less daunting. Also, I need to update my boss daily about the work my team will be doing over the day. Mainly dogs and cats, without neglecting other animals that come our way. There are many projects in which we are involved, and all for animal welfare. The work is very dynamic and we needed a tool that made our lives easier. It was then Teamweek that opened the way to the happiness we so much seek. We articulate with veterinarians to carry out health days, we make adoption days and, most importantly, we provide a home for anyone with a category of abandonment. Using Teamweek in these activities seems to make no sense, however it is very useful, since planning is vital to be able to fulfill all the activities. It has a very simple interface and is easy to use. Because Teamweek is a tool on the web we can work at a distance the different work groups where and when they need us, managing to communicate and fulfilling the planning with great responsibility.
