It means that I can break projects down into specific tasks, and track my time directly on these tasks at my hourly rates as I work on them! todo.vu calculates my totals for me, so when I'm ready to invoice, all I have to do is create a billing report in todo.vu, which takes next to no time at all. I can also invite my clients to log in and add and comment on tasks themselves, and the ability to email or forward emails to todo.vu, which the system then converts automatically to tasks, is awesome. Really cuts down on the admin time! It's great not to have to integrate other software to get everything done, and the dev team and owner Tom are really helpful if you have any questions or an idea for a feature or functionality. **What do you dislike about todo.vu?** I'd like to see the functionality for fixed-price (rather than hourly) billing, but I have been in touch with Tom and he said that this is a function in the pipeline! **What problems is todo.vu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before todo.vu, I was using a bunch of different software -- one for task management, one for time tracking etc. -- but because there were so many, I wasn't using any of them properly! When I started using todo.vu, as I could do so many of the things I needed to do in one platform, it was so much easier for me to keep using it and now I don't know what I would do without it! I'm able to keep on top of all my tasks as well as ensure I'm not missing any billable time. The tool is intuitive and well-considered; the interface is transparent, making it easy to add duties and control your schedule. No other task manager matches excellent visual illustration and ease of use. The assignment of scheme is also outstanding, as you could order your team to do something and assign some duties to customers that are well linked to their billing system. In intuitive diagrams and graphs, the information is provided, making it more understandable. The area of billing and reporting makes it easy for us to provide our economic director with monthly accounts, to allocate our wages to costings, mainly based on his activity. **What do you dislike about todo.vu?** Personally, a highly limited storage place even for premium accounts isn't fair. Also, assigning system is exceptional, as you could commission your team to do something and assign some tasks to clients, which is well connected with their billing system.
