EARLY is much better and more intuitive than other products I've used, and the initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** I think it would be great if EARLY can have a way to connect either two trackers at the same time or create a physical device that would allow me to track more activities. Sometimes there was no or at least not enough overview over the Projects with results like blowing the budget or losing money in form of unpaid time. This was so unnecessary and i'm glad these days are gone for a long time. Stress: I can't say how many days i was facing heavy Headaches but it was 2 to 5 days a week. The pressure was trumendous but this is not the case anymore because i dont have to keep everything in my head anymore. Also the final Invoices for our Customers and the Customer Support in cases of "How many time did it take" becomes super easy. Automation: We use the Api of Timeular so the Implementation inside of our own Systems is Working like a charm. Routines: The Zei is super easy and it has become a normal Routine to me. Rotate it, type in the Customer (Tags) and then Desribe the Workingtime. Later it will be visisble in our Invoices. So the Frequency of use is simply dayly :) Total worth it. It's simply useful and funny. Also I like, that you can get more than one Tracker in your account 2) The Timeular app - extremely intuitive and user-friendly. Excellent options for analyzing the tracked working time. Everything has been done right in the development of this system. I have also found that the customer support is also very good. Fast and competent response and good support! **What do you dislike about EARLY?** I really thought about whether there was anything I was judging negatively at the moment, but there really isn't anything. **What problems is EARLY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since I have been using Timeular, I am always able to provide information about the use of my working time. Each project however needs to be tracked more granual using tags like #meeting or #feature-nameoffeature. Completely easy to integrate and it just became second nature to use it. I didn't use anywhere near the whole suite of features because it was just my time that I was tracking and categorizing, but it seemed like they have great features for teams. I also loved their customer service and support. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** I got the time cube tracker device but did not end up really using that. It allows me to see realistically how I spend my time and how it is divided between different tasks. It allows me to look at data both on an up-close and macro level which is essential for both short and long-term projects and planning. I also like how user-friendly and intuitive Timeular is. I don't feel I am spending extra time on a complex system for time tracking. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** Since I pay for Timeular out of pocket (my company does not reimburse me) Timeular is a little expensive. I like the product a lot and would keep using it for the foreseeable future if it was just a tiny bit more affordable for me. It was always the worst part of my week and I was always playing catch-up. Now I track my time even when I don't have to because the desktop app with its wonderful UX, keyboard shortcuts, and great reporting has become second nature to use. I started off using the physical tracker as well which I do love but have since gotten to where I only use the desktop app. Additionally the API has allowed me to create some personal tools to check my current status for the day and even build some exporting utils so that I can use Timeular with other time tracking apps as needed. If you ever have an issue with Timeular and you click on the help icon you're greeted with help chat right within the app, and the team is very responsive. Finally the Timeular team releases updates with cool new features and bug fixes very frequently. I don't work for Timeular, just a fan. One of my favorite tools. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** No downsides for me. This isn't to say that I haven't had gripes about certain interactions or features but they always seem to smooth those over at a quick pace before I've even become annoyed enough to complain. **What problems is EARLY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making time tracking effortless and providing all the tools I need to get reporting and data into and out of Timeular as necessary. A quick keyboard shortcut starts the tracking and then lets me start tracking the next task. I have the Timeular 8-sided physical tracker. Having a simple, physical object that I can use to start and stop my tracking makes it more likely that I will keep my time tracking up to date. They have added Calendar integration, which takes the app to a whole new level for me. Not only is the app great, but the people behind the app are awesome. If I have a problem or question, they respond quickly with really helpful suggestions. They keep adding features and growing what is already a great product into something that is awesome. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** I wish that app could read my mind and enter my aspirational time spent. I had lots of different gadgets and schemes, but none of them really worked. As a consultant, I need to make sure that I am billing my time to the right clients for the right amounts. I've grown how much I use it over time, and how I use it, and Timeular has continued to improve at the same time. The app is amazing, and the updates that they've introduced (quick tracking, goals/targets/budgets) and the small fixes they've made just make things better. Their support staff is top notch, even responding to little quirks like "why do these percentages add up strangely?". **What do you dislike about EARLY?** I use Timeular for personal and work tracking, and sometimes I forget to toggle the personal activities off through the mobile app. I can usually correct this within a day or so, and the app makes it easy to do so. The "automatically stop tracking after X hours or Y time" doesn't work for me, since sometimes those personal tracking events run long or into the early morning. **What problems is EARLY solving and how is that benefiting you?** Where does my time go? It's a simple question, but it tells so much. I use timeular to break down my monthly (and yearly) activities to gauge how I'm doing in my goals: am I spending enough time on research or in a deep work state, am I spending too much time on things that don't matter? None of them worked as well for me as Timeular does now. I use the physical device, the Timeular Tracker, to track my activities every day. The software is updated regularly and gets more and more smart features. It's really easy and intuitive to use and will never stand in your way. It integrates with a lot of apps and services flawlessly. I, for example, particularly enjoy using the calendar integration and automatic tracking. Only the iOS app could do with an update, even though the desktop software is clearly the heart of the system. I only had to call on support once. My problem was solved quickly and a few ideas for new features were recorded and forwarded internally to the developers. Simply good. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** Maybe just a little thing, offering a free plan with reduced functionality for buyers of the physical tracking device. Another thing that would make Timeular even better in my eyes would be the ability to automatically create time entries based on rules for recognized activities. But as far as I understand, the guys are already working on it. I'm really looking forward to this feature soon. **What problems is EARLY solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to get an overview of where my time disappears to during the day. And allows me to use this overview to make changes in order to pursue my goals more effectively. ### 20. They have this unique, physical tool (an octohedron) that links to your PC by Bluetooth and in a moment you can swap between multiple faces to represent whatever you have assigned to that face. Whilst there are 8 physical faces the options are limitless, in that you can assign multiple choices to each face if required. When it's not being used the tool is sat in its base, resting on a point. When you want to assign an activity e.g. client billing you pick up the device and rest it on your desk so that activity is showing face up. Want to move to Client calls? Turn the face up to that option. Finished for the day or going on lunch? Put it back in it's base and it automatically stops recording. You can easily map your day to day working, to the minute if you require. The software can assign colours to different time options so you can get an immediate visual representation of your day, which also carries over to reports you can produce to demonstrate whatever you want that report to demonstrate. You can track trends in your timekeeping, keep track of indvidual billable time to multiple different clients, to the minute, which enables you to account for your time to those clients in as granular a detail as you or they would require. If you're running your own business, with multiple staff using Timeular then there are various tools that can be used to work with and monitor performance as well as to collaborate on projects with your colleagues. **What do you dislike about EARLY?** There aren't any really. The interface is really intuitive, customer services are really responsive and they're regularly updating their product, both due to internal decision making ans suggestions from their user base. **What problems is EARLY solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's really useful in spotting trends and identifying weak spots in my working day because I can see exactly how long each day, week, month etc I am spending on aspects of my role and it allows a constant processs of refinement in order to make your day as efficient as possible. What's also interesting is that it gives you a true picture of your actual day, that you may not actually understand without the data at your fingertips. For example, we will all have had the type of day where we have great plans to get lots done but then, for whatever reason, we get to the end of the day and don't seem to have done anything we planned. It can feel like a wasted day where we feel like we got nothing done. A quick glance at Timeular can show me exactly what I was doing and reassures me that whilst I may feel that the day might have been wasted I actually achieved a great deal, although maybe not originally for what I had planned. I used Timeular in my previous company for about 5 years and liked it so much that I've had it adopted at my present company. It improves my productivity because I am aware of exactly how much I'm working and it pushes me to focus and work more when I can see that I may not have worked as hard as I should have at certain points. For business use it's great but because the subscription cost is so low I also have a personal account that I use for learning Japanese. Learning this language is so complicated as an English speaker and has so many different elements i.e. it has grammar and vocabulary of course but it also utilises 4 alphabets with Kanji composed of approximately 2150 unique ideographs in common usage. It's important to keep on top of all the different aspects of the language as well as maintaining regular daily practice. Timeular helps me keep track of it all, whilst also ensuring that are am not dedicating too much time to one aspect of learning the language and thus keeping a balanced approach to learning. Also, at times, it can get really tough and you feel that you haven't achieved anything or haven't done very much work that week but all you have to do is look back through your entries on Timeular to really see how you're doing. Of course, if I am slacking in a particular week with my study the weekly emails breaking down my progress for the previous week also then give me the impetus to start studying again. ### 21.
