Timeular's 8-sided physical Tracker allows you to track time with a single flip. You can assign activities to each side of the Tracker. Then you can start tracking by flipping the device to that side. Connected to the computer or mobile via Bluetooth it will start tracking time for that. 

It's produced in Germany and comes with a rechargeable battery.
