What do you like best about Timely?

The software's automatic time tracking correctly records the time I spend on my various tasks. I like the SMS reminders about my upcoming scheduled events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timely?

The relatively affordable prices and packages were a great feature for us, especially when we were just starting out as a business. Choosing a package that suited our organization size and cash flow at an early stage was an important feature for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Timely?

Exporting customer and appointment data was a limited and slightly difficult task to do. For some reason, the export data was sometimes corrupted, especially data that had to do with dates, and we had to seek help from customer support several times.

Also, blocking out time/busy schedules from the calendar was sometimes a bit of an unintuitive task. Something that should have taken 1-2 minutes sometimes took a significantly longer time, depending on the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timely?

It's great to track the timing for differen tprojects. Usint this software helps us see who is most productive on different tasks and helps use have better time management as a whole. What do you dislike about Timely?

Sometimes sharing the times in the end isn't as convienent as it could be, but this might be a computer view issue and not neccessarily Timely's problem. If you have any issues you can contact support and they are pretty quick at responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Timely?
