It's very user friendly and efficient. I like the ability to immediately schedule assistance to our users - this helps for a great user experience. I wish Timely was linked with Zendesk so we could link a ticket # associated with the booking - this would save our team lots of time, right now we are adding that information into the comments section and having to double the work and enter in the booking details within Zendesk. " 5/5 What do you like best about Timely? Timely is a great tool to use for keep track of scheduling needs. We use it for all the team members to its great when we need to collaborate and can quickly determine who is available at what time and for how long.
