
For me, the best part is being able to the different teams directly. It makes things much smoother when it comes to fixing issues, working on improvements, or spotting new sales opportunities. Our account manager, Hannah Dickens, has been brilliant over the years. She genuinely goes the extra mile and has been a huge help in growing our products.
But honestly, the thing that stands out most is that they’re really nice people to work with! They’re open to feedback, keen to keep improving, and their business values really matter to us at TopCashback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any business, there are always things that can be improved, but would I call them downsides? Probably not.
