What truly sets Tillo apart is not just their operational excellence, but the strength of their account management and leadership. Prior to Jigsaw’s acquisition, the only notable limitation in the support we received was around scale and available resources. While the team consistently delivered high-quality service, there were natural constraints in their ability to expand and evolve at the pace we required. However, since the acquisition by Tillo, we’ve seen a significant and sustained investment in these areas. The increased scale, enhanced infrastructure, and broader resource pool have not only addressed previous limitations but have also unlocked new opportunities for growth and innovation, this transformation has further strengthened our confidence in the partnership and the long-term value it brings to our business.
