ThriveDesk has an intuitive interface along with some powerful features Mozilla shared inbox and live chat that improve the usability of customer interactions which is what I love most about it. The knowledge base is another impressive feature whereby customers easily get the answers and the number of support tickets reduces. Together with the smooth made with WordPress and WooCommerce, it is great for e-commerce projects. But what is even more interesting is its cost in comparison with other similar solutions! They mentioned that they are working on a deeper Shopify integration. Currently, the Shopify integration leaves a lot to be desired. Once the Deep Shopify native integration is established I think this app will be a game changer for many & also might be able to compete with more established companies which is always good for the end user.
