"ThriveDesk Keeps Customer Support Organized with a Powerful Shared Inbox"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how it helps us keep customer questions and requests organized in one place. It makes it easier to respond to inquiries, assign conversations to the right team members, and keep track of follow-ups. The shared inbox is especially useful for keeping communication organized and making sure customer requests don't get overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main area I would like to see improved is the level of customization for certain workflows. Some processes could be more flexible to fit the way our team handles different customer requests. Overall, though, this has been a relatively minor limitation and hasn't significantly affected our day-to-day support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ThriveDesk Keeps Support Organized and Easy for the Whole Team"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how easy it is to keep technical customer questions and support requests organized in one place. It makes it easier to follow up on issues, assign conversations to the right team member, and maintain the context of each customer interaction. The interface is straightforward, which helps the team respond efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main area I would like to see improved is the level of customization available for some workflows and support processes. A few setups can require additional adjustments before they fit exactly with our preferred way of working. It’s not a major issue, but having more flexibility out of the box would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ThriveDesk Keeps Client Support Organized and Consistent"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how it keeps client support requests organized in one place. It makes it easy to assign questions to the right team members, keep track of ongoing issues, and maintain the context of previous conversations. This helps our team stay organized and provide more consistent support to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main area I would like to see improved is the level of customization for more complex support workflows. It works well for managing everyday client requests, but having more advanced options for tailoring workflows and automations would make it even more useful for larger or more specialized teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Multi-Brand Workspace for Diverse Corporate Services"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best is the Multi-Brand & Subsidiary Management. It brings all client communication for our different service lines and proprietary tools, like BI Book, into one unified workspace. Most importantly, it keeps brands strictly separated. Agents can easily switch identities, so clients receive distinct, correctly branded responses depending on whether their question is about general accounting or specialized software support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

What I dislike most is the limited ability to create custom metrics on the analytics dashboard. While it handles multi-brand ticketing effortlessly, pulling truly granular reporting on performance for each individual brand can still be challenging. In addition, the native integration ecosystem seems geared mainly toward WooCommerce and WordPress. For an enterprise that depends on deeper, native integrations with systems like NetSuite, you often end up relying on manual webhooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Simple and Effective Way to Manage Client Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how it keeps customer conversations organized in one place. The shared inbox makes it easier to manage emails and support requests, while the ability to assign conversations and keep internal notes helps our team stay coordinated. I also like having the customer history available when following up on ongoing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main thing I would improve is the flexibility of some of the customization options. The core support features work well, but as our workflows become more specific, having more ways to certain processes would be useful. It is a relatively minor issue compared with the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ThriveDesk Keeps Customer Conversations Organized in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how easy it is to keep customer conversations organized in one place. Having emails, contact requests, and live chat together makes it easier for our team to follow up on questions that need human assistance and route them to the right person. The shared customer history and internal notes are also helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

What I dislike about ThriveDesk is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to understand when you're first setting up your workflows. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility in customizing certain support processes as the team grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient IT Helpdesk for Complex ERP Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

A professional IT helpdesk and ticketing system. It consolidates complex EPR support requests and emails into a single, organized dashboard for our engineers.

The SLA tracking ensures urgent system-down tickets are prioritized right away. In addition, internal notes allow our team to collaborate quietly on complex database issues without confusing the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

While it handles standard ticketing beautifully, it doesn’t include native tools for more advanced IT needs such as asset management, change logs, or network monitoring. The software also lacks pre-built integrations for enterprise ERP systems like SAP. Connecting it deeply to enterprise databases often requires manual custom webhooks rather than a true play-and-play setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to understand and configure. For a growing technical team, it would be helpful if certain workflows and settings were more straightforward to set up initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ThriveDesk Keeps Customer Support Organized and Easy to Manage"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like best about ThriveDesk is how it keeps customer conversations organized in one shared inbox. It makes it easier to assign more complex issues to the right team member, keep track of previous interactions, and make sure nothing gets missed. The combination of shared customer context, internal notes, and simple ticket organization makes day-to-day support much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features can take a little time to get familiar with, especially when setting up workflows and organizing support processes. It would be nice if the initial setup and customization were a bit more straightforward for teams getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improving Customer Support Management and Partner Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about ThriveDesk?

What I like most about ThriveDesk is how it helps keep customer support conversations organized in one place. Instead of managing requests across different channels, our team can easily track inquiries, assign conversations to the right people, and maintain a clear history of interactions. The shared inbox and ticket management workflow make it easier to handle questions from partners and customers, especially when requests involve technical details or require collaboration between different teams. It helps improve response organization and ensures that important conversations do not get overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThriveDesk?

The main area for improvement is that some advanced customization options and deeper integrations could be expanded as teams grow and their support processes become more complex. Having more flexibility around workflows, reporting, and automation would make it even easier to adapt the platform to different business needs. That said, the overall experience is positive, and the core support management features work well for organizing customer conversations and improving team collaboration.
