Employers can offer a variable package of pre-assigned services, support sessions with token allocations for the user to spend with their own choice on services within the Thrive marketplace. Access is typically granted for 12 months. The outplacement packages can be varied based on the employee's tenure, position, and overall outplacement settlement. Packages can start as low as $500 to up to $10,000+ per user based on how many 3rd party coaching, upskilling, assessment, personal branding, and related services the customer wishes to provide to the user. There are volume discounts available with reduced costs for packages, which can be discussed with our sales team.
